Altered Perception

Altered Perception: Sebalix is capable of altering the memories of past events up to 5 posts back on opponent(s). The events that took place originally are unaffected by Time, however the opponent’s memories of what happened are altered. For example, if someone misses an attack and they witness the attack missing, Sebalix can alter the opponent’s memory into thinking the attack hit her or vice versa. Another example, if the opponent enters a room through a door, Sebalix can alter the person’s memory of the door’s location.

Tier One
Foresight: Sebalix passively examines the memory of the instant she is in, allowing her to see a full 360 degrees.
Warped Memory: After the opponent uses an Ability/Skill, Sebalix can alter the opponents memory of the ability/skill to increase it’s Cool Down by 2 posts Cool Down: 4 posts.
You Never Forget Yourself: Sebalix is capable of sensing the intentions, and Heart element by extension, of her opponent.
Enigmatic Presence: Sebalix passively alters the opponent’s memory of the instance of her, making her immune to targeting abilities.
Like a Book: Sebalix is capable of reading a targeted opponent’s memories, including the thoughts they’ve had during that time, for 1 post. Due to this being a brief period, she is only capable of accessing short term memories, and thus cannot extend beyond the current topic. Cool Down: 4 posts.

The quality of materials used to make items such as swords, shields, and armor is already tied to Character Tier so that as a person naturally grows stronger, so too do their weapons that they can meet the new challenges of that level of power. The base ability as it is currently worded is already covered by character progression.

The very most which you may affect any stat at T1 is Moderately if it has a condition or Drawback. Please reword Spore Cloud to reflect this.

The ability to impeded movement will depend heavily on the person being impeded. People of sufficient STR may not respond to this at all.
