Statistics: Ixion is a very peculiar Aoen. It possesses great speed, but has a very high Endurance as well. It's agility is poor, but it's strength is average.
Abilities:

• StormHeart- Ixion absorbs Storm and Electricity magic for Health.
  
• Aerospark- Ixion generates an orb of storm magic that travels towards its destination at the speed of lightning. Upon making contact with an opponent it overpowers them with a great electric shock, dealing moderate damage as well as removing all beneficial effects from the individual hit. Buffs that would be applied to the target in response to this hit, are instead applied to Ixion. Cool Down: 5 Posts Post Cost: 5 Posts
  
• Thor's Hammer- Ixion channels a massive burst of storm energy towards a foe as fast as a lightning strike, stunning them on hit and dealing massive damage. Immediately afterwards, if Ixion's lightning connection had not been broken it will thrust them into the air using the magic as a tether, and force more power through to them, causing an explosion that not only deals massive damage to those in a moderate range vicinity, but launches the target hundreds of feet into the air. Cool Down: 30 Posts. Post Cost: 10 Posts
  

Personality: Ixion is the last, powerful dream of a steadfast sailor of the sea of skies, lost when his gummi ship was destroyed by a hidden alien fleet. Ixion is a willful and stubborn entity, demonstrating an unflinching will to press forward in the face of impossible odds. When a fast foe needs taken out, Ixion's lightning techniques can do the job.

Because the way it is worded, your trigger prevention feels like negation, as you're preventing the affects from activating, opposed to preventing them from affecting you. Abilities, however, are fine.

I should clarify my intent. It is my attempt to clear their buffs and such, without a passive ability triggering to put a new one on them just after I hit them.

I'm still not okay with it. Perhaps, instead of disallowing the skills from being affected, any buffs they would gain as a result of the attack instead go to you/summon?
