Scion of Time (Angelica)

Base Ability: Scion of Time - Creates an aura with a range of 50 meters per character tier that drains the cool-down from all of her allies abilities and skills. Drains away one post from all cool-downs inside her range from all allies per post. Adds one post to all cool-downs active to every enemy within the Aura.





Tier One

Time Keeper: When an ally within the aura would be affected with a time-based ability or skill that she does not control, she receives the effect instead.

Rewind: Moves up to one person per character tier to a place they had been in the last twenty four hours. If she does not designate a location, the person(s) are sent as far away as possible within the limitations of the ability. Cooldown: 9 posts.

Acceleration: The aura now drains and adds an additional post of cooldown.

Mana Ramp: By designating an ally as a target, she reduces one of their current cool-downs to 0. Cooldown: 10 posts.

Tempo: On contact, places the targets highest-costing spell in a state of cooldown equal to its native plus two posts. Cooldown: 6 posts.

Disruption: On contact with a spell, she reverts it back into its MP form, which returns to its owner. Cooldown: 10 posts.




Tier Two

Dissonance: Enemies inside the spell have their Mana Pools personal time slightly out of synch with their own, making it impossible to concentrate on casting inside of the aura.

Regulation: If someone casts a spell while not affected by the aura but still being within it, their spells are punished with a non-elemental effect, raising the casting cost by 25 MP per every other tier.

Isolation: If someone calls a summon while not affected by the aura but still being within it, their spells are punished with a non-elemental effect, raising the summoning cost by 1 DP per every other tier.

Rebound: When something would be called or manifested, it is instead called / manifested outside of the aura. If it cannot be called or manifested from that range, it is not called or manifested.

Insolence: When a spell is cast within the aura, it is instead negated. Cooldown: 12 posts,




Tier Three

Tame: On contact, sets all of a summons abilities into a cooldown of 15 posts. Cooldown; 25 posts.

Devalue: All enemies within the range of the aura are temporarily separated from time, re-appearing exactly where they were after her tenth post after using this ability. Cooldown: 40 posts.

Divert: One spell, on contact or target, is negated, and all of the MP is transferred to an ally of her choice. If she chooses none, the spell is then immediately cast from wherever it was negated, with the original caster as its target.

Skip: Once per six posts, all cool-downs of enemies are increased by 5 and all cool-downs of allies are decreased by 5.

Tier Two:
Dissonance- This seems rather similar to a Silence effect. I would have to say you'd have to have her utilize the Silence Meta for this skill.

Regulation- From the wording of this, you mean you can only raise the cost up to 50 MP, since it is every other tier, as opposed to every other tier, right?


Tier Three:
To the best of my knowledge, you can only increase and decrease cooldowns in a single skill, by a maximum of 2. This will need to be edited.
