Cold Deck:
If Toviyah would receive a punishment-based effect, the origin of the effect also receives it.

Kicker:
The user gains the  ability to warp around instead of moving. The maximum amount of movement capable in one warp is equal to the maximum amount of distance he/she could travel in 6 seconds. Toviyah can only warp a maximum amount of distance equal to the amount of distance he could travel in 6 seconds per post.

Deuce:
All of Toviyah's cooldowns are reduced by one post per every other character tier, to a minimum of one.

Feeder:
On contact, he destroys 20 MP from all pools of the subject he touches. Cooldown: 1 post.

Face:
He is immune to mind-affecting abilities.

Bust:
Bluff can activate two times per contact made.

Orbit:
While not being observed by sight, no sensory actions can locate Toviyah.

Rabbit Hunt:
Toviyah can sense the potential of those in his field of perception, giving him tier-level information of individual's statistics.

Suit:
Gains 1 DP per character tier.

Wrap:
He is immune to effects that prevent movement.

By relinquishing this slot and two Tier Four slots, there is an additional Tier Five slot in this tree.

Observe doesn't necessarily mean sight, as it only means to perceive. Extrasensory abilities that can perceive you within a certain range would still be able to do so. You may desire to make this something where you have to be observed through sight or some kind of equivalent.
