Chosen: Sebastian Saikou has been chosen by a keyblade, Zero/One



Tier One
Summonable Weapon: Zero/One Is summonable
Nothing Stays Locked: Zero/One is capable of unlocking any object
Slice: Zero/One, while typically a blunt weapon, can be used to cut objects as if it were a sword. This includes cutting through solid objects at higher strength tiers.  
Backlogs: Sebastian can use Zero/One to log out of  or log into the datascape from any location by using its inherent connection to open a makeshift terminal that is destroyed immediately after usage.  
Extend: Sebastian is capable of freely manipulating the length of Zero/One, allowing him to make it larger or smaller. The limit for increasing is the size of a larger than averge greatsword (Moderately Large Size Class) and the limit for shrinking is to the size of a Smallsword. (Medium Size Class)


Tier Two
Access Executable: Zero/One's imbued element is that of the program heart element: Data. This causes it to deal both moderate burn damage, and concussive damage by imbuing the keyblade with solid video feeds. This causes the keyblade to visibly flicker a pale blue.
Explosive Finish: Sebastian is capable of unlocking the bonds between molecules in the air, allowing for close range explosions. These explosions deal moderate impact damage, and minor burn damage.
Video Stream: Sebastian is capable of launching a concussive stream of solid data that has a twenty foot range and deals damage equivalent to his magic tier.
Data Drain: Zero/One is capable of draining data from any source to moderately increase its damage for 4 posts (cooldown: 8 posts)

Actually, in retrospect, allowing you to shift the size of the weapon so drastically is me essentially allowing you to create different weapons on the fly. I'm going to need a more strict limitation.
