Family Reunion (Private)

Storm landed in his personal gummi ship on familiar ground. Halloween town, one of his favorite places. Four Card Soldiers on both sides, the King of Nightmareland was well protected. He headed towards the Pumpkin Kings door, knocking very loudly. It was time this was resolved. There was either gonna be war, or loyalty, it was the Pumpkin Kings choice.

Storm Sky. That was the name of the would be conqueror of Halloween Town. The name alone brought back memories, both good and bad. The most distinct memory, aside from finding out about his relation to the older man, was incidentally the last time he had ever fought his brother. It resulted in a tree growing out from underneath his feet, only for him to be kicked off of it. He had been biding his time getting revenge for that.

However, any hopes that this Storm Sky was the same man, his half brother, were swiftly kicked away by his attempted sanction of the world for his "empire". Yet..something struck him as..odd. The wording chosen, the new name of wonderland..it was possible that this was somehow the same Storm he knew. Considering the fact that his brother had beat the shit out of him many times before they found out the status of their relation to each other, it wouldn't surprise him if it turned out to be true.

But it didn't matter. Regardless of who this Storm Sky was, he had one full day to report to this world, otherwise his attempted sanction would be considered a declaration of war. So, the young leader of Halloween Town was preparing. Underneath his seemingly normal suit jacket, there was a hidden knife. Free to be called upon at any time was his keyblade.

He had just finished grooming himself, keeping up appearances as a world leader, when he heard the loud knock at the door. He tied the last bit of tie he had left, and walked out of his room within the mansion, walking with a confident stride as he slowly opened the door, an uninterested look glazing over his eyes at the scene before him. In reality, he had been given quite the surprise. Whilst most of the people he'd met from the universe he had come from had changed in some way, shape, or form..storm looked just like he had before, and from the sanction itself, still acted the way he did before. What storm would see however, was a young man that vaguely looked like his young half brother. However, it would be the voice that truly shocked him.

Really now? You possess so little faith in people that you brought bodyguards? You don't need them. I can tell by the way your standing here that neither of us want to fight. At any rate, come in. You are guests here after all. While Tyler had been playing off his own shock, he knew for a fact that if this was indeed his half brother, he would be shocked at the now uncanny resemblance he held to his old self. Even his voice remained unchanged.

Regardless, he stepped aside, an arm extended to welcome Storm Sky and his Card Soldiers into his home. This was going to be an eventful evening.

Storm stopped in his tracks. Looking dead at the man, he cocked a grin.

Ah, Tyler. What, no hug for your bother? Storm gave a faint laugh. He looked at his guards and motioned them to go away. Storm then walked in.

I'm surprised a person like you can run this place without piss in your pants 24/7. Anyways, we need to sit, and discuss the matter at hand, like old time eh?

He turned away right as storm revealed he was the same man that Tyler himself was related to. It was mostly to supress the first smile he'd felt creep across his lips in a long time. It was not a smile of recognition, for he had a sneaking feeling that it would be the case. No, it was a smile of finally giving his brother the revenge he so desperately deserved.

Before you come in..I'd like to tell you one tiny itty bitty thing. He said as he pivoted on his foot, his body blurring to any onlookers as he swung firmly at his older brother's nose. He didn't know how fast he was, but this was the most simple way he could think of getting his revenge. They were now on an equal or slightly biased playing field. This time it was on his end. He had been waiting for this moment for a long time. If it connected, he would easily be sent flying down the stairs of the mansion. And if the hit landed, he would walk down the steps soon after, bending over to whisper "That's for kicking me out of the tree."

Storm read the muscle movements perfectly. As He went for his swing, Storm melding into his shadow on the ground, avoiding the hit and positioning himself right behind Tyler. He quickly sprung up and aimed a quick kick at the back of Tyler. Speed would be his ally, along with the fact of Tyler couldn't see what was going on. If this was successful, Tyler would be knocked on his ass, and back a few feet.

You still think before you move. Did I not teach you anything brother?

Tyler wasn't stupid. When his brother vanished into his own shadow, he knew that the best tactical advantage would be to go behind him for a kick to the back...maybe even the back of the head. Storm was an asshole by nature after all. Regardless, it seemed his brother had picked up a few new tricks. But that was alright, because he himself had not only picked up a few of his own, his own magical abilities had changed. The moment storm melded into his shadow, Tyler seemed to turn into lightning, the electricity of his body swiftly being drawn into the doorbell of his home, the door still open as he followed the current into another room of the house, reforming in the seat of his electric chair. Not where he had hoped to reform, as that was near the top of the mansion..but it would do. He rose from the seat, a bit dazed from the sudden change to light speed. He only faintly heard what his brother had said, clearing his throat as he made his way down the stairs.

The last I recall, you never taught me anything. Nobody did. I had to learn everything I know by myself. He said as he stood in the doorway across the room from his older brother. He was only going to try this once. Once was enough. It showed that he still had a way to go before catching up to his brother in terms of skill. He had the power, but not the talent. That much was apparent.

Storm smiled.

You have grown a lot in terms of power Tyler, but you still lack concentration. Remember, it's like I always said, "The most powerful fool cannot best even the weakest of wise men".
