The sequence of Vista 's divine electricity harnesses the adroitness to create barriers , enchantments , and additionally offense based spells which would include engulfing it 's conductor entirely , producing an display of a unique allure who 's bite matches it 's bark .

› Tier 1
C h r o m a
Through the mindful usage of her electric currents , the female is granted the ability to transfer one flux of energy from one part of the body to the other . For example , she would be able to harvest the energy within her left arm and apply it to her right eye for enhanced visual sensory . This may be utilized as much as the user wishes , though the effects are only applicable to herself and grant her the ability to see through any matter hidden through the bounds of invisibility or anything which would not normally be seen by the naked eye in general .

Grants the user the ability to taint or electrify three elements within her physical surroundings with dangerously high electric pulses . Contact with these currents is avoidable by the use of an insulator , however her opposition will still be affected by her capability if even a single area upon their body is not shielded from it 's rays . Additionally , it is high combustible and when in contact with any sort of liquid , will act as a mine and explode or even set itself ablaze as a chemical response to this . The amount of damage dealt by coming in direct contact with these waves is -1 , whilst having an encounter with their explosions takes off -2 .

By the use of time manipulation and alarmingly quick particle acceleration triggered by the movement of static or electricity . With this , Vista is able to slow or time to a slight extent for a maximum of 3 posts . For the duration of this ability , she as well will be slowed in her actions as well as her opposition , while if she decided to manipulate the acceleration of time , her SPD would go up by 1 temporarily for the lasting time of the effect .
S p e c u l u m
Vista is able to create mirror like areas of solidified energy , or invisible barrier of a sort which she would then be able to project herself off of whilst in mid air or use as a shield against proposed attacks . The durability of this barrier is similar to that of a slightly more advanced variation of glass and would only last a single blow even despite it 's power , though they regenerate with ease . These barriers remain airborne for a period of two posts before ultimately falling and shattering . After this , each barrier must wait a cool down of 1 post before being replaced .

Conducting frequencies of static , Vista is able to create an earsplitting electromagnetic vibration which would either deafen her opponent for 3 posts and an additional cool down of 2 following posts .

Chroma: When you say enhanced visual sensory, you mean able to see things such as ghosts or those who utilize a form of stealth to hide themselves, yes?
Ephemeral: Can you be a little bit more specific of what's being affected by this ability? Is it her body that's getting these electrical currents or is she able to place these currents as a sort of mine on the field?
Ethereal: You cannot stop time for as long as you'd like, at tier one, even despite the limitations you have put on it. This would need to be some form of ability, at a higher tier of magic and character tier.
Speculum: Add a duration for the barrier and a cool down that begins after the duration's end.
Conundrum: You won't be able to create illusions or things of that nature, without having the Illusion skill. Lower this to three posts and have a small cool down that takes place after it.

Well , not exactly . However , it can click into it somehow . I basically mean enhanced vision , being able to see thing clearer , from farther off , and so forth .
Her surroundings are the things which receive these charges . Her body is usually bound together with electricity in some way or form . Especially considering she herself as a robot .

I would recommend giving her the enhanced vision to be able to not only see things clearer and possibly even farther, but also things that are normally invisible or hidden through stealth. Just to make the skill a bit stronger, if you'd like.
Alrighty, in that case, place a limit to how many things can receive her charges. I'd suggest like 3 or 4, with you not being able to set more if you've used all available ones, you know? You can always increase the number at later tiers, but yeah, that's my ruling on it in that case. Also, you may want to add a damage indicator for how much you'll be dealing with each explosion. At tier 1, you can only go up to "slight" damage unless you have a condition on it that'd allow the damage to go up to "moderate."

I also noticed that you still have Ethereal listed as Skill. As I've said in a previous post, you will not be able to have a skill that stops time completely at that tier. It'll need to be an ability that you gain at a higher magic and character tier.

Alright , would she be able to alter the speed of time , making it go by slower or faster ?

At Tier 1, you'd be able to slow time but it'd be imperfect, if you get what I mean. Like, if Vista were to do it, she too would be slowed down, as would her allies, and opponents. Everyone would be slowed, but she'd be able to assess a situation under that pretense while everyone else wouldn't notice. For speeding up time, think of the ability "Haste." You could boost your SPD by a slight amount, or have it that time is constantly sped up around her, and every post she gains a slight amount of SPD.
