Base Ability: Frozen Heart
Duncan can produce a large cold wind to circle him in a large distance constantly for ten posts chilling the area around himself and slowing any projectiles or combatants that come close to the range by a severe amount and dealing constant ice damage to them by a severe amount per post.  This damage increases by a moderate amount every post they are in the chilling wind. If on cool down direct physical contact with Duncan will have the same effect and his damage reduction is increased by a severe amount each post for the duration of the cool down.

Base Ability Cool Down: 12 posts



Tier One
1st Skill:
Frost- Anyone that Duncan wishes to that have been damaged or made physical connect with him will be counted as “Chilled” and have reduced movement speed by a small amount each time they are infected with this ability.  If activity chilled foes are slightly damaged and are slowed by an additional slight amount and removing their chilled stats. Cool down for active is three post.

2nd Skill:
Ice touch- Anyone chilled with deal slightly less damage to Duncan while he can do slightly more damage to them.

3rd Skill:
Freedom- Duncan freeze any foreign substances or stat aliments effecting him and cleanse himself of them by expelling them out of his body.

4th Skill:
Storm Warning-- Any contact with Duncan and damage he lands will delay all cool downs for intended targets by one post.

5th Skill:
On hand-  All objects belonging to Duncan can be De-summoned and summoned back at will.




Tier Two
1st Skill:
Solitude: Duncan is immune to auras and their effects and their negative association with them.

2nd Skill:
Winter is coming-  Each time a enemy or neutral party gains an damage increase or buff Duncan gains a buff to his damage reduction equal to half of their buff. The buff from his ability cannot be effected by outside forces.  

3rd Skill:
No Love- Each time damage is dealt to a foe or upon physical attack one of their buffs is dispelled, the order of which is when they were applied or its reverse path. Passive buffs are not effected. If there aren't any buffs then the debuffs are strengthened by a moderate amount going in the same order. If none are present he can effect then this applies a moderate damage reduction debuff to them.

4th Skill:
Unravel- Upon physical contact or if damage is dealt Duncan can reverse the effects of healing or restoration that has been done to a target, the order of which is when it was first applied going down the topic's timeline or up it. If none are present then the next time an effect of restoration occurs it will be denied up to the number of times Duncan is applied this effect.  



Tier Three
1st Skill:
Gale force- Duncan's attacks now are extended by an additional flow of wind that extends the range of his attacks by a large amount that occur after his thrown them out. The wind will match the same amount of damage Duncan would normally deal occurring after his initial one divide up as two hits instead of one.

2nd Skill:
Einherjar- Duncan creates a single double of himself with half physical stats. The duplicate will benefit from the same buffs and suffer the same debuffs him was affected with at the time of creation. Buffs are shared between the double and original but the debuffs are placed only on the duplicate, stacking both on it.  Upon being destroyed the double will shatter into an icey explosion. This double gains no active abilities from the original but can be used as a catalyzed, passive abilities and buffs from them are gained. Cool down is10 posts, the first duplicate must be gone for the cool down to began

3rd Skill:
On own my Own-  Duncan  is immune to HP and MP absorbing effects and instead inverse the effects for him allowing him to gain what he was suppose to lost instead if he wishes.



Tier Fourth
1st Skill:
Contrary- Any negative effects such as de-buffs will be reversed into a positive buff onto Ducan instead.

2nd Skill:
Tundra Rising-  Upon activation this skill creates a large barrier around Duncan only that moves along with him without hindrance, that can lost three posts which he can end early at any point. While the barrier is active  Duncan received reduced damage by an extreme amount each post the barrier is on while charging itself  in a bright light.  After the duration the barrier expends and explodes and deals major damage in a large area around him, damage dealt by the user and damage received by the barrier is also added as bonus damage and leaves the area which it exploded as a chill zone that slows and damages anyone inside it by half the total damage of this ability. Cool down is double duration of the barrier was



Tier Five
1st Skill:
Ice King- The user is capable of controlling ice, both esoteric and natural, up to Blizzard based ice. The speed, accuracy, shape, density, movement and velocity  at which they can control the ice is reflective to Duncan's Speed and Agility stat and power of impacts equaling his own Strength tier. The user can also manipulate temperature, as well as the size and color. Duncan can also freely freeze sources of water to place under his control as well, boosting his abilities by how much water is present and/or how much has been created.

Tier three second- would need to be half your stats the double you are creating.

Tier four skill one - is doing way too much and way too broad

edited contry to less open effects

and also edited T1 skill 3 into something else
