Art of the Arrow Empty Art of the Arrow

Art of the Arrow: Hattori’s projectiles are multiplied by 2 per tier. They also have the ability to warp individually to the location of the intended target, 5 meters away. His arrows also inflict a bleed effect for 2 posts per hit equivalent to their damage output. He may select multiple intended targets for his arrows.
Cooldown: Passive




Tier One

Shroud Arrow: Hattori fire an arrow that creates a thick fog that extends out to 5 meters per tier.| 4 Posts CD
Rebound: Hattori’s projectiles will ricochet off surfaces until they hit an NPC/PC.
Homing: Hattori’s projectiles can home in on the intended target.
Bleed: Art of the Arrow’s bleed effect is extended by 1 post per tier.
Poison Darts: Hattori’s projectiles incur a poison effect on top of his bleed effects, debuffing speed slightly per second they are inflicted with a bleed effect.




Tier Two

Poison Dust: Hattori’s Shroud Arrow now inflicts those within with Poison Darts’ effect for a duration equivalent to the Art of the Arrow’s bleed effect.
Slaying Strike: Hattori fires a projectile that deals twice the damage. | 12 Posts CD
True Slay: Hattori’s Slaying Strike now deals triple the damage.
Patience: Hattori’s cooldowns are reduced by 1 post per tier.




Tier Three

Lethality: Art of the Arrow’s bleed effect is increased by 1 post per tier and now applies twice. Poison Darts now has an additional severe debuff.
Infiltration: Hattori may passively become invisible, intangible or both.
Arrow Storm: Hattori fires a projectile and within 25 meters of the projectile, it creates a constant storm of rebounding arrows to deal severe damage per post someone remains in it. It lasts for 4 posts. | 10 Posts CD




Tier Four

Killing Blow: Slaying Strike deals four times the damage, but the cooldown is increased by 5 posts if this is applied. Hattori may also fire a single projectile instead of multiple from Art of the Arrow, giving it the same damage output but condensed into the range of a single projectile. Art of the Arrow grants one additional projectile.
Hawkeye: Hattori may see past any obstructions of his vision, allowing him to look past things like walls like he was zooming in a camera. He may teleport to where he can see as long as that location is not obstructed.




Tier Five

Art of Slaying: Hattori fires a projectile that deals six times the damage. Upon impact, the victim is stunned for 2 Posts. Does not stack with Slaying Strike. However, Slaying Strike no longer is dealt a cooldown drawback from Killing Blow.  | 30 Posts CD

Too much in the BA it seems as though it's many tier one abilities rolled up together.

It's a bunch of minor effects, I don't see it as too much. Especially when there are much more powerful base abilities. If you need me to remove one, however, I will.
