Personality:
Tulip is very intent of finding something-something which happens to be her 'home'. But there's a glitch-she doesn't know where home is. In fact, to be frank, she doesn't know what home really is to her. Is it a place she knows well? A place she loves? Or anywhere at all?
Even though Tulip's hell-bent on her quest, she is willing to help others, in the thought that others would help her find home. Tulip is a bit of a smartass, gloating a bit of her intellect when time calls for it-because she is smart enough to be useful. She is also a bit rage-prone, setting off at insults over a bit offensive.
Additionally, Tulip likes machinery and complicated puzzles, and she also adores creatures that are non-heartless. She is a bit cold when she fails to accomplish something or is out staged, but for the sake of keeping everyone around her calm, Tulip will always try to play nice-most of the time, it isn't an act.
Finally, Tulip is curious, tending to try and learn a lot about the world around her to see if she feels a connection to it-another theory in which she thinks[i/] might help her find home someday, but it’s mostly natural curiosity at stake here, though this tends to get her into trouble sometimes, and clouds her vision of what is good and what is bad. It helps see the good in everyone and vice versa, but it can get her killed…

History:
Tulip's origin's are a large bit of a stretch, with many rumors arriving over time. Some thought she was a creature of the Nobody, or maybe that she was from future. But, here, here's the real story of Tulip backstory. This did not come from me, you hear?

Tulip was an orphan. Apparently, her parents weren't liked much around Traverse Town, and people suddenly started a riot, in the sense that they were rule-breakers, thieves, -accused by an eavesdropping neighbor who thought they were all of the mentioned. Although, when they died, guilt fell upon them quite hard.

John Aeridale decided to take care of her out of sadness, and her was not with a wife-she had died before from breaking her neck accidently. The two grew close to each other and at Age 6, she started going to school. Unfortunately, while walking to school one day, Tulip was pulled over by a strange woman completely cloaked and veiled in red and black. The strange woman then proceeded to kidnap her.

Through the perilous journey that would send Tulip through many strange places, she would start thinking about how much she missed Traverse Town-her origins. While traveling, she made an attempt at escape, only to find herself in what seemed to be Daybreak Town, though she didn't know it at the time. The woman caught Tulip, but was unable to get her to go forward, so she decided to stay there.

"Is home here? Or Traverse Town? I'm extremely conflicted.
As the years flew by, Tulip thought of that more and more as she was raised by her kidnapper. She began to grow closer to Daybreak Town, and even resumed going back to school, but she was still frequently troubled by her lack of knowing her 'home'. So, at her 16th birthday, she asked a question.

"Is this my home?

The woman gave a painful glare at Tulip, as everyone in the area seemed to cease whatever they were doing before. The woman then whispered something cryptic in Tulip's ear, after revealing her real name-Diana-to Tulip, the now-teenager.

"Home is where you think Home really is, my dear child. THAT is your home."

Tulip ceased with asking questions after that to her 'mother'-funny, because she was actually quite curious about most things that seemed particularly unusual. Still, she knew she had to leave at least once if she was ever going to find home-because something was crystal-clear to both Diana and Tulip.

This wasn't home.

Other Notes: Tulip resides in most habitable places that  have suitable conditions to live in temporarily.

Most of the worlds, especially Traverse Town, welcomes magic in their community. It is a melting pot of different people. I suggest rewriting that part to make more sense.
