Where. Is. My. MUFFIN![Lorencia, Open]

Walking from one place to the other is a difficult thing when the town is busy, and even more so, when you are trying not to gain attention of anyone. Xern found out how hard this can be the first few days of his stay here and even if it was a easy to escape situation, Xern did not find talking to the cops of this town fun, explaining why he was carrying a sword around with him. Well after wasting some money on a permit for it, Xern had to wait to pick it up, luckily they where fast at doing so. So after a week of waiting for it Xern finally got the message to come get it. On his way back to his apartment, Xern decided to grab some coffe, it being some what early for him being 9 o'clock. Walking up to the man behind the counter Xern took a look at the menu and decided to get himself more than just coffe, and after ordering about seven items Xern went and took a seat out side, holding his cup of coffe as he waited for his order.

The nobody was strolling the town, temporarily separating from her most recent companion. She was sure Edis wouldn't mind if she went off on her own. And besides, she could easily get back to him before too long. Though it did feel a little lonely just by herself. She could call on Zero, but that lazy tiger would probably just try and find a place to sleep. Nichole was always happy to get out, but... people didn't react well to the 12-foot spider for some reason. There was Terra, but she always felt uneasy within big cities like this. Well, it seemed as if it was back to her normal routine. Until she gets back to Edis that is.

Her key-shaped staff got some passing glances, most of them were of awe, probably thinking it as a keyblade again. It was far from the fancy designs she saw in the graveyard, but that didn't stop people from mistaking it for one. As her aimless stroll brought her to a cafe, she decided to go in and just stand around for a moment, waiting for any kind of memory to spark in her mind that might help her in her quest. But it came up empty. "Well I guess this wasn't the cafe... Oh well, while I'm here, I might as well get something to drink."

Walking up to the counter, she ordered the first things that she was familiar with. A cupcake and some coffee. After being told that it'll be brought to her, she went back outside and sat at an empty table, setting her staff against her chair.

Xern yawned as he sat on his chair, noticing nothing out of the ordinary as he drank his coffe, in till he noticed that people seemed to be admiring one persons accessory, it seem to be a key of some sort, but did not look like anything he has seen before, unless if it was a overly large keyblade that is. Watching as she went in, stood for a second or two before going and ordering, Xern let out a small sigh, before he turned his attention to the food he had just received, taking a donut from the pile, he noticed something wrong, His muffin was gone. As he noticed this he was leaning back, and then suddenly with a breeze of wind, Xern felt his "Stable" sitting arrangement to be one that failed. Falling back he felt something hard his his head as he feel halfway though, and when he was on the ground his saw what he hit. The back of the lady he was eyeing down earlier as she walked in.

"Sorry, my fault you ok?" Xern says, slightly muffled by the piece of donut in his mouth. Standing up and brushing himself off he gives a bow of apology towards her, not realizing how close he was as he hits his head on her table. "Ow......I need to pay more attention." Xern says as he rubs his head.

The perpetual twilight was something that always got her thinking. Why was this world like this, and how could people tell when they were supposed to go to sleep? Well one good thing would probably be the fact that there was no curfew. She didn't know why, but she felt rather strongly about it.

But then she felt something else, something striking her from behind followed by a crash. Still in her seat, she whipped her head around and saw no one until she looked down. There was a man there, just staring up at her with a donut in between his teeth. [color=violet]"A little spooked, but I'm fine,"[color] she said as the man rose, only to slam his head on the table. The rather cheery nobody giggled at the sight. "I've heard about making a good impression on a woman, but I don't think this was what they meant," she commented with a smile. It came off as slightly flirtatious, since she thought that was what the guy was going for. Why did she think that? She saw a similar situation on TV.

"Well, neither did I apparently." Xern says sheepishly as he picks his chair back up. placing it down Xern felt something familiar, a feeling he could not put a finger on. Sitting down, Xern takes a sip of his coffe as he thinks. Could she be the one I lost.......Or am I just fooling my self again. Xern then looks at the girl and sighs.

"So, whats your name? Oh wait, i need to tell you mine first." Xern says as he facepalms. "My name is Xern, Xern Yuki, I'm nobody you should know." Xerns says with a slight chuckle. Smiling he almost forgot about something, what was it. Whatever. He had somebody he felt obligated to talk to.

"Well it's nice to meet you, Xern. My name's Lorencia." She rested her chin on interlocked fingers. Nobody she should know? So this guy was trying the mysterious stranger tactic, was he? Was that what the girls are into? Was her old self into that sort of guy? Like many things, she couldn't say for certain.

"So, what brings you to this place?" she asked, though she thought she might have stolen his line by saying that. She wasn't sure how exchanges like this worked. Should she be the one asking questions, or should he? Or were they supposed to be taking turns?

Xern stretches his arms for a second, before he answers. "Well, other than I was hungry, I was looking for someone I forgot, a girl." he says as his hand falls to his necklace, and he starts playing with the ring, his face saddened. Then noticing what he was doing, he stopped, and looked at the girl. "Truthfully, thought you might be the one I lost, but might just be my mind playing tricks on me. Being a nobody is rough." Xern says as he lets out a sigh, before smiling and taking a drink of his coffe, emptying the cup.

"So what brings you here? Not common one has a weapon like that, you from another world, or is that something your not allowed to saw?" Xern says smirking, as he examine her, something bringing light to his memories, Remembering saying the same thing before, deja vu evident on his face.

There was a little bit of confusion on Lorencia's face. So he was looking for a girl he lost? Judging by the ring around his neck, she guessed they were really close. Was he the player type? She was going to ask why he was flirting with her when he already had someone, but then he said that he thought it might have been her.

"I don't think I've been in a relationship before, so I'm probably not the one you're looking for.Well anyway, I'm just strolling around and decided to get something to eat and drink before heading off again." As she said that, the waitress set her pastry and coffee on the table then walked off.

Lorencia looked back to Xern with a smile, asking him, "So you're a Nobody? I'm one too, and I can say for sure that it's not all bad." She had a cheery attitude about the whole thing. She didn't have any misgivings about being a Nobody, but whether that was because she genuinely didn't mind, or because she was a Nobody which is why she didn't mind, it wasn't clear.

"Well, I think that maybe it might be because of what you have gone though as one, but it doesn't matter now. I guess I should Thank you for telling me about you never being with some one." Xern says as he sighs. "Well, I guess for now, I might as well give up my search, it has been two years since I lost her, I belive. I only remember last years events. But maybe I should give up on her, its not like she would miss me.....Right?" Xern says as he grabs the ring. Xern knew his form held no emotions, but dosnt mean the memories of such did not stay, and this brought out his sadness. Letting go of the ring, he looks at the girl in front of him.

"Hey, Question. Would you be ok with me coming along with you if you where to leave this world? I think I have been here long enough." Xern says as he gives a weak smile. "Also, I have to say, your hair is a wonderful color. They match your eyes well." Xern says with a sheepish smile, picking up that earlier it she sounded like she was flirting with him, and so he responded with kind.

Two years? That's a long time to be missing somebody.But were they together before or while he was a Nobody? That was something to be curious about. If anything, it was rather tragic. More so if it was the former. He was even thinking about forgetting about her.

Lorencia wasn't a wise scholar or any of the sort, but to her, it didn't seem logical to think that someone so close wouldn't miss him. "You can't be sure of that. I mean even Nobodies can miss someone." She wasn't just talking about him wanting to find the girl she was looking for. Lorencia herself had someone she missed, and also some of the other Nobodies she was acquainted with.

"Aw, what a sweet thing to say. Thank you." It occurred to her that people who knew they were Nobodies would think it was a little weird that they were flirting, but to the average observer, there was nothing out of place.

"I'm already traveling with someone else. Been helping him with stuff. You're going to have to ask him if he's alright with that." She took her cup of coffee which had been waiting to be consumed for a while already, and took a few sips. "Don't worry though. He can be mean at times, but he's a good person."

"heh, she wasn't a nobody, that is for certain. She had the brightest set of emotions I have ever experienced. Well, from memory. Might have meet someone more emotional than her at some point, but whatever." Xern says as he Hears her comment on how she must have missed him, or how he interpreted it at least. Sighing, Xern looks up to the sky as she talks about how she was traveling with another person, and there went his plans of only meeting one new person. "Well, if he is doing things for honest reasons, that won't harm others unless they deserve it, you can always count me in." Xern says as he rests his hand on his Saber. He then grabs a plate of cookies and offers one, before eating one him self.

Why am I trusting her?Xern thinks as he eats the cookie, and he starts to become cautious, since she did for one not seem to react like others that was for sure. Could she be one to attempt to kill him like other people have tried? Was he just becoming paranoid for no reason? WHERE DID THE MUFFIN GO! Xern thinks as he stares at the lacking state of muffins he had.

"He seems alright so far. Doesn't seem like he's the littlest bit evil. A little cheeky, but not bad," she'd say, taking a bite out of the cupcake she ordered. "Oh yeah!" she said suddenly, startling one of the patrons nearby. "He's looking for a way to get a keyblade. You don't, by any chance, know how to get one, or know anyone who has one, do you? That'd be a big help. A bigger help than going to every cafe and hoping I remember something about two Keybladers from the same world." She looked at him expectantly, though she knew it was a long shot.

"Great, that means I won't have to kill him, or you." Xern says as he stands up. Cleaning up the mess he made, Xern looks around, seeing a few people he has seen before, he turns to Lorencia and looks towards her with a smile. Not having gone out on an adventure for a long time, Xern was finally feeling as if he could go back to his old ways, of being a "hero" as some would call him, but to be honest, he always was the one with a sword, er scythe, that would cause more destruction than he would save. But hey, maybe he would need to do such things, and with this new friend, maybe he just might.

"Likewise!" she said with a rosy grin right before downing the last of her coffee, and taking another bite of her pastry. Traveling in a group of three once again! Or at least, if Edis was alright with another person joining their search. But he had yet to answer her question.

"So back to the previous question, you wouldn't know any keybladers, would you? Or at least where people can get keyblades? And don't say the Keyblade Graveyard, because all those there are defective." How could she say that so casually and sure that she was right about them being defective? Easy, she tried opening a padlock she was carrying around with them. Aside from forcefully smashing the lock, none got it open.

As he listened to Lorencia, he tried to remember if he has seen anything of the sort happen before. Other than the fact that he remembered once having the ability to use one, Xern couldn't recall anything about how to gain one. Maybe losing a loved one? Losing a friend. Having a major drive to protect, or maybe even destroy? "I think, I know of something that can be of use to you, I think that one way to gain a Keyblade is by having a drive to Protect others. Maybe you just need to have a strong enough heart to prove yourself? I have memories of a old friend, or enemy, don't remember much about him, but he had a Keyblade, maybe we can find him. He must be older than me now, so he must be able to bestow it upon someone." Xern says as it dons on him. He did have memories of a red haired boy with a attitude being one to just do things for someone out of the kindness of his heart.

"Excellent!" she exclaimed with a grin, snatching his hand and giving it a good squeeze. "I'm sure Edis can make use of that somehow, and you've even given us another lead to follow! With two leads, we can find one or the other, and if we're lucky, we'll get a Keyblade out of this for him!"

Suddenly letting go of his hand, she snapped a finger and a notepad and a pen materialized out of thin air. Snatching the items out of the air before they started to fall, she quickly wrote down some notes, but she wrote them with strange symbols which would have no significant meaning except for select people. "There. In case I forget. Could you remember what they looked like?" she'd ask, eager to take more notes.

Hearing her talk about this Edis guy, seems as if Lorencia has a high respect for him. Maybe it will be a nice reason to stick around. Maybe find out more about the worlds as well. Hearing Lorencia ask about what the person looked like, Xern tried to call back some memories. "I remember him having a Keyblade, Red Hair, eyes, and a smirk at all times. He kinda was cocky, if I remember right as well. Also a bit easy to find him since he always made a mess, well more of left a mess behind, mainly fires." Xern says as he taps his chin trying to remember more then shrugging it off, when he come up wiht nothing else.

"So a guy with red hair, red eyes, and a pyromaniac. I'm sensing a pattern," she mumbled while she wrote down the descriptions. In all honesty, the guy sounded kinda stereotypical to anyone controlling fire, but that was how she took it. "Sounds like an interesting guy, and someone much more easily locatable compared to the two we were looking for before."

"Yeah, definitely seems like it would be, though he might have changed since I last met him. But so.....When and where should I meet ya guys? Kinda need to check out of my Hotel." Xern says as he stretches himself out. Sighing as he starts walking to where he lived, he Looks back, trying to see what she was going to do. As he does this, he pulls a coat over his shoulders.

"It would depend. Either he tracks me here, or I track him back down, which would take an unknown amount of time, depending if he hopped back to the castle to see if I was there or not." She took the final sip from her cup as Xern was leaving to check out of his hotel room.

Lorencia waved him farewell. "I'll just hang around here for now. If you take too long to come back, I'll come find you."
