Agony Poison - Synthesis

Ability Description: (Weapon blades and/or bullets are coated in a rainbow-colored substance. This toxin is used for more powerful damage infliction. It's effects are extremely painful when touching blood or open wounds; [digesting it is lethal]. Victims who are endurant have been able to survive fighting, but only with notable agony and pain upon movements. The toxins grows to become lethal if not treated.) However, Normally the best it can help to cause is prying the opponents into unconscious. At Endurance of T3 this poison affects opponents by little, losing most of its noticability.

Nobody has told me any rules against poisons. My character uses plants, so I can only guess that he would be able to craft some sort of lethal-liquid with all the free-time he's had on EOTW. [Just putting that out there in case anything would be brought up. This Is also a physical modification, via crafsmanship not MAG or enchanting, so I put it in Synthesis.]

This poison will function much like a potion, in that you will only be able to carry one vial of it with you into combat at a time. You will only be able to apply its effects to one weapon per topic.
Given that this is a T1 craft item, and Sythesis materials are considered to be affected by character tier, the higher the person's END is the less affected they will be by this. At T3 END, the effects would not be particularly bad or noticable.
I should also mention that, even when poisoned, this by itself will not be allowed to kill anybody. It can push them to unconsciousness, but I will let the Second Chance and Once more effects apply here. If the person chooses to RP dying because of this for story sake, that's fine.
