Neo-Mage Skill Tree
Neo-Mage: All of Julian's spells cost only half of what they normally would for two posts.
Base Ability Cool Down: Five posts
Tier One
Aquaman: Julian is able to breathe under water.
From Thin Air: All of Julian's synthesis items are able to be summoned or de-summoned.
Body Control: Julian's body is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures whether high or low in conjunction with his fire and water elements.
Neptune's Gift: Julian is able to passively manipulate and control water within a twenty meter range of himself. He can change the shape, temperature and way water moves. For each character tier that he grows pass one, the range doubles.
Spell Bookworm: Julian gains an extra 25MP.
Tier Two
No Patience: For every character tier, Julian's mana pool recharge rate is reduced by 1 post.
Combo Mage: Julian can use his or his allies(with their permission) items, spells, constructs, summons, or skills as a catalyst for magic, allowing him to use the aforementioned as casting points.
Switch: Julian can instantly switch positions with any of his items, abilities, constructs, summons, or skills, or the positions between any of the aforementioned with one another. Cooldown: 1 post.
Survival: The less MP Julian has in his mana pool, the stronger his physical statistics. When his MP pool is in cooldown, the user is considered at 0 MP. At 0 MP his physical stats end up being boosted severely, however once his MP recharges the buffs reset to 0.

I fail to understand No Patience. You are aware that already happens, yes? Is the goal to eventually decrease the cool down to one post?
