Moon Child Empty Moon Child

Lunar Serenity: Those who are known as Tsuki no Ko (Children of the Moon) possess the immutability of the moon. A Child of the Moon can, at-will, return themselves to a baseline state. This amounts to an immediate and unstoppable concurrent casting of Esuna and Basuna, removing all negative statuses and stat debuffs from the user.
Base Ability Cool Down: 7

Tier One:
Awareness:  Moon Children have a constant awareness of self. They instinctively know if a force is acting on their mind, heart, or body.
In Brightest Day, In Blackest Night: Because of the Moon's reflective nature, Moon Children have a curiously effective resistance to any effect, attack or otherwise, achieved by the Light or Moon Elements.
Wild Style: Moon Children may, at will, polymorph their form into that of small, mundane animals.
Alchemical Understanding:  Moon Children may passively create/alter/repair/destroy objects. (Player-made items require consent from the making player.) (This cannot be used to restore spells to items that had then and were then destroyed)
The Moon's Touch:  Equipment empowered by the Moon, and abilities drawn from the Moon, are more potent when wielded by a Moon Child.

Tier Two
Inversion: Tyler is capable of purifying low level dark entities to convert them into summonable creatures of light. This can only be done once every five posts. (This can be used on player characters, but only if they are unconscious first. It only works on characters T2 or lower. It will count as a kill.)
Entrainment: Once every five posts, a Moon Child may use any source of Moon Element Energy (be that projected from an ability, or a weapon, or something else) to Entrain the status effect "Terror"* onto the target. This is not an automatic infliction, as many factors go into if it works or not, but generally, it can be assumed that weaker opponents will be the most easily effected, while opponents of equal strength are able to resist it, and higher tiered opponents are outright unaffected by Entrainment. With this said. it is obvious that the target must be able to feel true emotion to be affected by Entrainment.

*Terror: Entrainment attempts to induce feeling of fear in the target.

Fade To Black: The Moon Children are treated, like the moon, as a natural part of the Darkness. As such, entities of the Darkness (for example, the Heartless) do not regard them as anything worthy of attention. This ability is ineffective vs Summoned Heartless, or Greater Heartless of any description. (Only affects Heartless of T2 or lower. T3 Heartless, such as Darksides, or something more powerful, will treat them as any other individual.)
Tidal Drive: Increase Max DP by 2

Tier Three
Fadewalker:  Moon Children are capable of entering and leaving the Realm of Sleep at-will. They may arrive at any location in the Realm of Sleep that they choose, including the dreams of others.
Alter Self:  Moon Children may, at-will, alter any and all elements of their appearance. These changes occur all the way down to the chromosonal level. This also alters the "Wild Style" ability, allowing the Moon Child to take on the form of a small, winged lizard called a "pseudodragon"
Regolith Devil: A Moon Child may transfigure its form into a cloud of "moon dust". This form allows the user to slip through spaces they would not ordinarily be able to fit through. They may also fly at-will in this form, but, their speed is treated as T1. Because of the razor-like nature of lunar regolith particles, physical creatures passing through a Moon Child's Regolith Devil form are damaged accordingly. They may only stay in this form for (1+End. tier) posts, and the cooldown is 3 posts, plus the number of posts spent in Regolith Devil form..

Tier Fourth
Satanic Regolith: With enough experience in using the Regolith Devil form, a Moon Child gains the ability to freely manipulate the same moon dust they transfigure into using the Regolith Devil form. This manipulation cannot take place at the same time as the usage of Regolith Devil however. But, there is a payoff for this: They are under control of a massive amount of moon dust, which is fairly easy to shape. Size is limited to the user's strength Tier (baseline, no modifiers) And quantity is limited to around fifteen pounds of moon dust. (or enough to make something comparable in size to twenty daggers, fifteen swords, ten greatswords, five bastard swords, or one massive weapon.) This must be triggered before it can be used. Cooldown is the users magic prowess tier+ the duration + character tier, and the duration is the users magic tier + strength tier.
Mephalic Regolith: With enough time spent in the Regolith Devil form, a Moon Child eventually is able to move at their normal speed while in the form. Tyler now moves at his regular speed while using Regolith Devil.

Tier Five
Limit Break: Serenity Matter:

One of many ultimate applications of the moon's unfettered power, Serenity Matter is the ultimate power of Tyler Saikou.

This effect can only be triggered if Tyler has a status effect applied to himself, but once a status effect or debuff is applied,  he has access to Serenity Matter. Once he activates serenity matter, his body surges with lunar energy, taking and absorbing every status effect and debuff presently active on himself and physically ejecting them from his body in the form of an omnidirectional wave. From this point, anyone who is within fifty feet of Tyler will have whatever status effects/debuffs were applied to him for the remainder of their duration. This does not discriminate between friend and foe, as it affects all who come into contact with the wave of energy. For every debuff or status effect that Tyler has (past one), this technique gains an extra five feet to its range. This can only be used once per topic.

Lunar Serenity will only be able to affect you personally. if you want it to affect another person, you'll need to dedicate a slot to it.

Alchemical Understanding can not be used to restore spells to items that had then and were then destroyed, just in case that was a possibility being considered.

Inversion will be allowed to work on player characters, but only if you KO them first. It will only be able to work on character T2 or lower. It will count as a kill.

Entrainment has too many effects for a single skill, let alone a single tier two skill. it may only do one of those things, and it will not affect Nobodies, Heartless, or other beings that can justify resisting the effect.

Fade to Black will only affect Heartless of T2 or lower. T3 Heartless, such as Darksides, or something more powerful, will treat them as any other individual.

How does the Limit Break do so much without a Base Ability? It has no basis to act as powerful as it is. Most Limit Breaks are derived from the Base Ability.
