Inactivity

Anybody who has not posted in at least four RP topics consistently in the previous month and has given no previous warning of their inactivity.
If somebody warns of inactivity, they have either a one month grace period if they give no specified return date or if they do give a date, until the given date. If the date is more than a month away, they are expected to make preparations to explain their absence IC or else they will default to the one month grace period.
Staff will be a case by case basis, but will typically follow the same guidelines if they don't have a reasonable excuse.
