La Magiri Skill Tree
Chosen: Sebu wields a copy of his original's keyblade, La Magiri
Tier One- Apsu
Summonable Weapon: This weapon can be summoned and desummoned at will
Nothing Stays Locked: This weapon is capable of locking/unlocking anything that can be locked or unlocked
Dayyanum: La Magiri acts negatively towards both the light and the dark, and slightly weakens all effects of spells based in them when used against the wielder
Dinum: La Magiri can designate one element. Whenever an individual in combat with Sebu attempts to utilize that element in any fashion, Sebu is healed slightly
Tabalu: La Magiri can designate two targets. From that moment on when one target sustains damage, so will the other. This can't be used again while the first two targets are designated. After one or both targets are no longer targeted, the ability enters cool down. Duration 4 posts. Cool Down: 10 Posts
Tier Two- Illikam
Adi La Basi Alaku: This weapon can be imbued with the power of Nothing. When infused with Nothing, this weapon becomes ethereal and is capable of passing through all objects that are not also ethereal. However, it still deals damage to objects as though it has solidly hit them
Aksu Damqati: While normally a Replica could not wield a Keyblade while Berserk, La Magiri is able to be wielded by Sebu in his Berserk state. However, it can not be summoned to him, and in order to be wielded must have been active when he entered Berserk/ Additionally, Sebu can not trigger abilities of the Keyblade while Berserk
Seheru: While imbued with Nothing via the effect of Adi La Basi Alaku, La Magiri can not only act as an anti-magic weapon, but cut through barriers
Asu: If a person near Sebu attempts leaves the area due to portalling, teleportation, or similar method Sebu can deliberately warp that person back to where they were just before they left. Additionally, that person will be turned to stone for one post. Cool Down: 10 Posts

For Dinum, is there a range? Or is it anybody in the topic regardless of how far away?
I would say Tabalu could only affect people of his tier or lower.

4th Skill: Change the healing to slight.
5th Skill: Is there any way to break the target, is there a duration, or do you get to decide when someone is no longer targeted?

Unless they have a way to prevent me from pulling their butts back into the topic, it affects them. Plot is great, and when utilized mutually between members its a fantastic thing, but it shouldn't be able to be utilized in a manner that devalues a person's abilities without checking with them.

I would want to say no to you being able to decide and asking for you to give this a duration. This is mainly because you're able to hit two people at once, without really having to hit the other and can decide when the link ends. A bit over powered, even as a T1 ability.
