Summonable Weapon: Celestial Torrent can be summoned/de-summoned by Julian's heart only.
Nothing Stays Locked: Celestial Torrent can be used to unlock/lock any object.
Torrent In The Wind: Julian can control Celestial Torrent in the air up to ten feet around him due to his strong alignment with the moon, making the strength it is swung at relative to his magic efficiency rather than physical strength.
Better Together: While using Celestial Torrent, Julian gains a moderate boost in magic.
Two's a Party: While using Celestial Torrent, Julian gains a moderate boost in speed.

Tier Two
Element Imbued and Effect: Celestial Torrent is with the power of Tide which allows for additional tide damage with each hit. This pushes the blood and fluids in a person's body back from where Celestial Torrent hits, then pulls back to make the opponent feel more and more nauseous with each hit. This also adds small water damage to each hit.
Resist: Each time Celestial Torrent or Julian is hit or clashed with from offensive force, Julian gains a moderate boost in damage resistance.
Hot To The Touch: Celestial Torrent can have it's temperature changed at Julian's will, whether he is using it or not. It rise to temperatures high enough to turn water into steam at the touch and cold enough to freeze water. Any of the two extremes making it more difficult for other keyblade wielders to hold on to. This deals damage as normal however using the heat or cold as extra damage rather than magic itself.
Don't Be Afraid: While wielding Celestial Torrent, Julian has a severe damage resistance to those whose hearts are aligned with darkness.
