"In the Second Era when the orcs and elves were at war during the Time Of Gods,
Rassilon Dawnbreaker knew that the forces of the orcish god Kor'Gan One-Eye
would completely destroy Queldorah and the neighbouring settlements around it
if he could not forge a pact with High Thane Magnus Greybeard of the Bronzeforge
dwarves. After many days of pleading with Magnus to unite their rival clans together,
he finally accepted, with the cymbol being an ornate, magically attuned blade forged
by techniques known only to the Bronzeforge Thanes. Rassilon wielded the great
sword in combat during the orcish invasion and was able to drive them back after a time.
The blade has since been passed down through generations of Dawnbreakers, but its
magic has waned since."
