Also I need some sort of picture or note whether it's average-sized or has special proportions. Historically there are standard measurements for real weapons, so all you need to say is that it is a standard scimitar.

EDIT: It's going to be a no-go on the second ability. What I recommend is to expend a charge to destroy another's charge. What you are trying is silencing.
