Chosen:
Whidmer was Chosen by the Keyblade in life. When his heart was corrupted and fell to Darkness, so too did his Keyblade.

Tier One

King's Fanfare:
Whidmer may call and dismiss this Keyblade at-will.

Entitlement:
Whidmer may lock or unlock anything with abilities paralleled only to another Keyblade. Allows the wielder to locate the world's heart with deadly accuracy.

King's Speech:
The wielder's character tier is effectively one higher for determining its ability to call and control Heartless.

Royal Formation:
The wielder's drives cost one less Drive point to activate. Drives cannot be reduced to less than one-half of their original costs.

Nothing Stops the King:
Lurebreaker is able to strike intangible objects and people.

King's Speech has the stipulation as your World Chosen skill tree.

Drives will not be able to be reduced beyond half their original cost. This may change.

At T1, only your Keyblade may be unimpeded. If you want to save that ability for later, I'd suggest being able to strike the intangible, as I'm assuming you do not want this weapon stopped.

By native, I'm assuming that means this limitation does not include racial modifiers?

Hearts of Darkness = Character Tier
Pureblood / Emblem = Character Tier + 1
Seeker = Character Tier +2

These are your native, you may only increase any of these by 1 beyond it.
