Twilight Governor: As the current leader of Twilight Town, Amadeo has complete control of nearly every facet of government in the world. He is the highest ranking official of the world's army, which has been formed to maintain the safety of the world's populace. he has no area that is restricted to him, and he is the sole being, with the exception of the MCP of the datascape, that is capable of freely entering and exiting the Data Twilight Town. Atop this, he also has the express power to begin construction to add more districts to the town. He also has the coding needed to activate the primary defense system of the world: The War Tower. This is a massive amount of extremely destructive weaponry, mainly gatling guns, automatic turrets, and guided missile launchers, hidden within the walls of the clocktower, along with the face of the clock itself hiding a large cannon that fires condensed light. Only Amadeo knows and has authority to activate this defense system. He is capable of changing this system at any time.

Bumped for reapproval, I made the gains from the tree clearly defined upon inspecting it and realizing how vague everything was.

Is the War Tower more clearly defined somewhere else?

What do you mean by "Add more districts"? Does that mean he can start construction on a new district or just suddenly make a new district appear by magic?
