Ability Name: Jirai

Ability Type: Support

Ability Cost: 150

Ability Cooldown: 8

Ability Element: Space

Ability Description: Anything that is within 50ft of Veara for the rest of the topic cannot use any form of teleportation or traveling magic [ie portals]

There will be two orbs of space on Veara's shoulders the size of volleyballs that after hit six times will cancel this out

This is either a form of negation or silence as it is now. Negation is Nothingness only and Silence requires you to an Achilles Heel. Either adjust to meet these requirements or reword the ability.
