Ability Name: Jaikeruga

Ability Type: Offensive

Ability Cost: 550

Ability Cooldown: 12

Ability Element: Storm

Ability Description: Veara launches from either his mouth or hands an attack that fires at double the speed of a natural lightening bolt. This lightening bolt does extremex2 damage capable of completely covering the entire sentient or organic no matter how large they may be, engulfing them completely for the post.

MP cannot travel as fast as natural lightning, only skills can. Any abilities approved under that premise need to be revised.
