Enchants / Abilities EMP Resistance - D10 and his items are protected from EMP or similar abilities.
Gravity Calamity Control - The weight of D10's weapons can be manipulated so that they either float or become incredibly heavy to the point where it becomes difficult for even someone with T4 strength to lift it. Must be integrated into the weapon itself. D10 bypasses this with abilities that cause his items to become exclusive to him.
Foci - The item integrated with this module can become a focal point of intense gravitational pulls, allowing D10 to pull in things such as people or objects with its intensity. D10, as long as he has the same condition as GCC, will not be affected. | 2 Post CD

The second one is a no go consider the mass amount t5 strength can lift and the fact you are only at t4 synth

Foci can't do that passively? I was comparing it in my head to enabling a basic form of the force. If not, is a 2-3 post cooldown sufficient?
For the one you said is a no-go, can I make it work relative to my syntheiss? I.e. T4 Syn v. Strength would work or any strength under my synth tier? If not I can replace it.

Again as I said in the other one its a no go you can't use one to supplement another comepletely

But your reasoning was because it was T5 Strength versus my Tier 4 Synthesis. So wouldn't I be able to use my T4 synthesis to make it work against T4 or lower strength? I'd rather find a way to make something work before scrapping the idea.

The max amount of weight a t5 can lift is up and around ninety tons
