Ability Cooldown: 3 Posts
Ability Element: Electric
Ability Description: Kia brings her arm forward, creating a sphere of black lightning which envelops and electrocutes the target, it does moderate damage and causes fourth degree burns, while covering a moderate area and traveling at a moderate speed.

Looking at this, fourth degree burns are often fatal. This should either be much more expensive or do less damage, like third degree burns.
