Tug - Hannibal's chain keeps extending and homing in on a target, If it clasps onto them within 50 meters, time will shift to pull them immediately to L'Ombra. This moves in accordance to L'Ombra's speed and agility tier and can change directions. If the person is already bitten by Hannibal, this can be used to pull them over to him. | 6 Posts CD
