Melodic Moonlight: Zyvonia's cool downs are reduced by C. In the event that a cool down is reduced 0 or below, it will default to 1.

Tier One
Adept Drive: The user's max DP is increased by C.
Adept Potential: The user's max MP is increased by 25 * C.
Revealing Moonlight: The user is able to dissect dissect the magic and drive points in the people, abilities, skills, and etc around her. This means she is able to know the relative amount of magic/drive points as well as the elemental alignment. She is also able to discern what somebody excels in, lacks in, or is between (meaning, if somebody has T3 MAG, T1 SPE, and T2 END, she will interpret it as them excelling in Magic, lacking in Speed, and average in Endurance). The range is the same as her eyesight, but not linked to it, as visibility obstructions (such as darkness or a wall) do not interfere with it. It is a passive skill.
Broken Focus: The user passively exerts an aura of Moon that interferes with the focus of anybody within range. It is mostly unnoticeable, though anybody affected might notice their minds and eyes drifting more than usual. However, if they attempt to activate a Drive Form, they will find that they cannot, as the aura interferes with the connection with a focus item.
Range = 10 * C^C
Droplet: Zyv is capable of designating water, as little as a single droplet. The water is a catalyst for magic and power (meaning the user can cast magic or skills from it). It allows the user to turn target spells and skills to on-contact spells on whoever's contacting the water.

Tier Two
Transcendent Transmutation: The user is capable of transmuting any object, being, or magic (that is equivalent to her MP pool) within a moderate range, including herself. If done on a living being other than herself, there is a duration. What they're turned into retains their qualities (e.g. if somebody is turned into a teacup, they would be a living teacup. Like in Beauty and the Beast).

Duration: 5 + C
Thoughts Illuminated: Zyv is capable of reading mind of somebody. This can be done through targeting, direct contact, or eye contact.
Cool down: 5 - C
Duration: 1
Charity of the Moon: If exposed to moonlight, magic costs will be reduced by 10MP * C.
Moonlight Silhouette: Every time Zyv damages somebody with Moon or Water, she is healed by half the damage that was dealt.

A person will only ever be able to increase there MP and DP by fixed amounts per tier. Math can not change this.

Fury of the Moon is too powerful. It can grant you a moderate conditional boost.
