Due to its form, and how it is attached, attacks dealt by Tidal Blow (And ONLY with Tidal Blow) are dealt as though the user's Strength was one tier higher.

Stable Orbit: When Tidal Blow is equipped, it allows the user to perform supernatural feats of balance.
