Heart of Ember
Base Ability: Heart of Ember - Due to Darius' control over fire and wind, he is capable of enchanting his body with flame, causing no harm to any of his valuables that come into contact and being capable of enchanting his armor and weapons with fire. While it doesn't harm his valuables, it harms anything that touches it if applicable. Meaning if someone is vulnerable, contact can cause minor injury, continual contact will cause further damage.

- Tier One:
Wildspark Summon - This allows Darius to summon his weapons and armor in a burst of fire that is no slower than a normal summon. It is a bright flash and an aesthetic burst of fire encompasses an area five centimeters larger than the item summoned, but it is harmless. Weapons can be summoned up to 2 meters away from him per tier. Non-weapons and armor would be treated like weapons when summoned.
Break Burst - Darius utilizes a slash to send a wave of crawling fire that grows from a 3-meter arc to a 10-meter arc, growing a meter after every foot it travels. It goes on without stop, but after 10 meters it exponentially weakens. Only within the first 5 meters does it have the slicing capability of his weapon. The arc is 15 centimeters thick, but grows just as fast as the length by obtaining 5 centimeters at the same rate. This deals moderate damage if something or someone is struck within 5 meters. | 4 Posts CD
Rising Flame - Darius slams his fist on the ground or stabs his weapon into it, causing a 5-meter area around him to experience an upheaval of growing flame that rises up to 5 meters in height. This attempts to set what is caught within it on fire to constantly burn it until the fire is put out. This deals moderate damage, and the burn is equivalent to his Heart of Ember damage.| 6 Posts CD
Dancing Duo - When Heart of Ember is active, Darius may use flaming copies of himself to act as additional attackers, overlapping his own body in order to attack from multiple angles at once. This gives him an extra, simultaneous attack per tier with the effects of Heart of Ember being inherited due to the nature of their creation.
Embers - Darius' Heart of Ember receives a buff equivalent to its base damage in terms of damage.
- Tier Two:
Mighty Fire - This makes Heart of Ember's base damage moderate, as well as applying any damage buff to Heart of Ember twice.
Fire Break - Darius makes a motion like he's pointing a sword into the air. Either from his weapon he points into the air or his hand, a bright light forms. Wildfire is charged into his hand for 1 post. Taking the weapon or hand, he slams it down on the ground. A triple burst of wildfire (Reference) fires, extending out to a length of 8-10 meters with a 2-meter width, with each sequential of the three being a meter longer than the previous. The wildfire is forcefully condensed into the crude spikes, moving fast enough to have a solid-like force but still using its nature to set the affected on fire if applicable This deals high damage. | 4 Posts CD
Quick Burner - All wildfire-related techniques received a 1 Post reduction to their base cooldown per tier.
After Burner - Utilizing Wildfire skills and abilities cuts all CD's down by 1 post. | 2 Post CD

Re: Heart of Ember
Heart of Ember - How much injury would contact cause? Small, moderate or critical? Depending on the damage this will need to have a duration and cool down.
Break Burst - How much damage would this deal if someone is hit by it? I'd imagine the closer an opponent is to the initial slash the more damage it would deal and obviously weaker further away, just make a maximum amount of damage for it bearing in mind it is a tier 1 skill.
Rising Flame - How long do the flames last? I'm going to assume it only sets flammable items ablaze. If anyone is in the 5 metre area when this happens does this deal damage and how much?
Dividing Flame - I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean by "wide-mouthed house", please explain this.
Wildfire - This needs a larger cooldown

Re: Heart of Ember
Heart of Ember - I would say small since it is passive. Continual contact would obviously do more damage, but little increments are fine.
Break Burst - I would say, high damage within 5 meters, moderate within 6-10 meters.
Rising Flame - It's more of a quick burst, and it would deal moderate damage, sacrificing damage for AoE.
Dividing FLame - I'm so sorry, that was a terrible typo xD. I meant to say hose. Also, added the damage.
Wild Trance - I'll put 6 posts of CD
Made some changes.

Re: Heart of Ember
Heart of Ember - Sorry dude, but because this deals damage it's going to need a duration and cooldown. Your duration can be quite long seeing as it deals small damage.
Wildspark Summon - You can make this so all your items are summonable on/in your hands/near you without a cooldown.
Dividing Flame - Fix your typo xD. otherwise it is fine.
disclaimer: These may be subject to change due to me only being an intern/nightmod. Game Master or another staff member may step in to make changes.

Re: Heart of Ember
The armor thing is preference, and I made non-weapons and armor count like summoning weapons.
Fixed the typo, thought I did already xD.
Also, added a 4 posts cooldown and 8 post duration. Can it deal moderate damage for the same duration, if you meant minor damage allows a much longer duration? (I.e. if you meant like, 10-12 posts of duration)

Re: Heart of Ember
Fair enough.
For moderate damage you could have the same duration but a much larger cooldown. Bump if you do or don't make changes and I can approve this.

Re: Heart of Ember
Subtracted a skill due to forgetting that t2 only had 4.

Re: Heart of Ember
Remove the duration from the base ability for now. If you build it a certain way later, we may add a duration later too.
Tier one abilities are only able to deal slight damage, normally. But you have Wildfire, which stronger than Fire, and are actively making use off it. The most I'll let you do damage-wise with wildfire T1 abilities is Moderate as a result.

Re: Heart of Ember
Does that mean the duration is unneeded and it will be continually active?
I think I made all the high-damage abilities into moderate-damage abilities. I thought they were relative to the tier. I assume Fire Break can deal high damage? I'm not sure where to really gauge it then.

Re: Heart of Ember
Yes. You turn it off or somebody else manages to do so somehow, but until that moment it can remain active.
In terms of relativity to the tier, I view it as being more absolute in terms of relative to you. When you reach T5, for instance, that slight damage grows with you, instead of being stuck at powerful, but only for T1. Its not that the slight damage is useless- lower END characters would still take decent amounts of damage from them in combat rulings should they be requested to be made.
Sure.

Re: Heart of Ember
I prefer older skills to grow, too. Otherwise they become useless. Sometimes it leaves fun skills in the dust.
Done.

Re: Heart of Ember
I added one, not sure if it's too much or too little but fine with it since less cooldown-based things.

I posted a separate topic, since it is a drastically different tree so I would like this to be archived if you would so kindly
