Heart of Retainment

Heart of Retainment : Whenever a skill, spell, or synthesis effect is used, a stack is added. This applies to Amadeo and any person within the topic that he considers his ally, given they are within the general area. These stacks cannot be affected by outside sources.

Base Ability Cool Down:

Tier One
Outflow of Aegis: Amadeo has a slight damage resistance given he has at least 5 stacks of HoR at one time.
Inflow of Recovery: Amadeo heals slight wounds 3 posts at a time given he has at least 10 stacks of HoR at one time.
Vein of Aegis: For every 1 stack of HoR, Amadeo is protected against 5 MP. However, stacks must be spent to increase/maintain/activate this protection. He may cast this on allies, however whoever has this cast upon them requires 2 stacks per 5 MP. | 5 Posts CD
Artery of Reflection: Amadeo may emulate Reflect by spending 3 stacks per 5 MP.
Leap Year: Amadeo may automatically add 5 stacks to his HoR counter. | 5 Posts CD

Tier Two
Heart of Affliction: Every time Amadeo takes damage, he gains 2 stacks of HoR.
Reflecting Aorta: Increases the MP value of Artery of Reflection to 10 MP while reducing the amount of stacks needed to 2.
Greater Flow: Adds an additional Moderate Damage Resistance to stack with Outflow of Aegis and reduces the amount of stacks needed by Inflow of Recovery to 5.
Fiscal Year: Every 3 Posts Amadeo gains 1 Stack of HoR

Tier Three
Flowgun: Outflow of Aegis obtains an additional Major Damage Resistance and Inflow of Recovery heals moderate wounds over a period of 5 posts.
Artery of Aegis: When Vein of Aegis activates, the value for both himself and allies is increased by 15 MP as well as making allies only require 1 stack instead of 2.
Dry Year: Amadeo is immune to Water

Tier Fourth
Ascended Flow: Amadeo has an additional Severe Damage Resistance as well as Inflow of Recovery now healing wounds with 2 posts less of time required and major and beyond healing after 7 posts.
Galactic Year: Space is treated as if it was a primary element for Amadeo.

Tier Five
Aegis Knight: All forms of Damage Resistance are upgraded completely. I.e. Slight to Moderate, Moderate to Major, Major to Severe. Also, Amadeo generates 1 stack per post and the amount given by abilities and such are increased to 2.
