Event: New Year's Bash

It was an evening like she had never seen before. The so called "modern" way of celebration for the more advanced worlds was nothing like she expected. Much of it was the same, she had to admit, but at the same time the style was different. Very different. Which made the traditional sorceress standout like a beacon in her medieval violet ballgown. Not to mention the small pink dragon that sat trilling on her shoulder continued to draw attention.

Clearing her throat, she entered the establishment that was the Crow's Alley, where she began to gawk all over again at the alien decor and music. The globes of colored air, the flashing lights--surely all of this was magic! But no. There was the normal hint of sorcery in the air, however it remained the same. While others were rushing to the dance floor to have a good time, Faye headed there to investigate. This world's technology continued to amaze her, and she wanted a closer look. Once again, the sorceress was the odd one out, standing between the many dancing bodies as she curiously inspected the colorful floor. She didn't stay long, though. It quickly became too humid and the music was rattling her eardrums so much she was sure they would burst. Stepping across the room, she found an empty booth that she found to be a little be quieter, and decided to sit for awhile. A waitress came up a few moments later, taking the woman's order of a fine aged wine before moving to the next table. Wysteria hopped off Faye's shoulder, perching herself on the head of the booth while Faye observed the people around her.

Voices flooded Lenny’s ears as he wondered by the crowds and merry folk as they cheered with each other for an unknown reason as they counted something. It was quite a number of them at it too which could tell him of some grand was happening so coming to this world today might prove fruitfully after all.  The night air chilled some to the bone but the people outside with him seemed to care little for it, skimpy strapless tops, shorter then panty length skirts for the ladies while the men had tank tops bagger openings that lowered down at their hips, attractive yes though humans at one time cared about their temperature.

Looking at his own clothing underneath his hoodie Lenny quickly changed it to something a little more appropriate for this type of atmosphere  before heading on it past the lines, there weren’t many complaints after he showed his face to silence the approaching out cries, leaving them stunned in awe before moving on to not hear them any longer.  The bouncer agreed as well as he blushed with a goofy smile and stepped aside.  Offering his jacket to the coat check Lenny bore his outfits h created a few minutes before, his designer black pants with sliver emblems or a dragon along with a short open vest that showed his impressive physique with gold and white flora markings at the edges.  He tied his remarkable golden hair to the side behind his ear the left before walking down into the main area.

Eyes once more hungered for Lenneth as he moved down into the bright red and black decorated club,  feeling their desires boiled from his appearance Len just ignored their advances even as a number of them pressed up against his chest feeling the strength and detail of his flesh. The beat of the music flashed their heart beatings up to insane levels pumping them with a rhythmic ecstasy as reason left their minds and replaced it with alcohol and holiday cheers. Lenny joined the full out dancing while smiling to the admirers, it was just easier to move through the coward if you were dancing through it.  

So many people had gathered and the club was detailed with great care and effort, silently applauding the owners if this place the dark prince would head down into the bar area beside the huge dance floor. Concentrate at the same time he wanted a special someone here as well to take part of the festivities.    

“Hey Thelen meet me at this location, a nice little evening for just the two of us ok?”

Sending out that thought with a joyous thought Lenneth was intercepted by a few dozen people that playfully dragged him to a coward table with a single guy surrounded by a dozen or so scanty dressed ladies and a number of empty beverages scattered about on their table.  A little stunned Len looked around as he felt their eyes undressing him further, the central guy that he creepiest and foulest smelling odor and worst taste in jewelry. He started talking about absolute noting to the La Vaeas, great club, high fashion, hoes and drugs etc etc further just talking out from his ass while trying to seem appealing? This was confusing but it looked like he wanted to keep Lenny there for a bit talking his ear off.

Her golden eyes scanned over the vast majority of club room that was presented to her, from a balcony above main dance floor. Marigold Darkson, the current executive and CEO, of the Darkson Company. They were a group who had suddenly appeared out of the blue, but had offered some of the best assistance the people of Twilight Town needed. A group whose efforts to help better any worlds that sought their aid, sang praise for miles. This company was the ruling government over the people of the sunset town and the woman behind it all, brought her orbs down to the people she wished to protect. However, today was a special day, for it was about that time again. The time where everyone gave thanks for the new year and shed their current skins of restriction. It was time to party.

Marigold's thoughts were focused all on having fun and that was going to be reinforced in a very discreet way. Thanks to several long nights, the team was able to erect a special emitter that disabled all forms of power usage, be they supernatural or magical, from being put to use. Crow's Alley was designed to be the perfect relaxation spot and she'd be damned if anyone were to start any trouble on her watch. Either way, she pulled herself away from the balcony railing and made her down the stairs, towards the backstage. There, a very important figure had just finished getting ready for the grand opening day. A soft smile came to her lips and without making a single sound, she came up behind this figure, and hugged them tightly. Her chin rested softly upon their head.

"You're going to do great today, okay? Don't get too nervous and knock'em dead. Remember why you took on that stage name." With that, she patted the shoulders of her younger sibling and gazed into the mirror with her. Today, that sibling was known as, Death Blossom, and that's how she'd be referred to as such.

Mari took a deep breath, wished her sister good luck, then strolled on out. For the new year, she wore skin-tight, black jeans which accentuated some of the assets of her lower half, her shoes consisted of black, open-toed platforms, and for a top, she wore a red-on-black corset. The corset had a floral design and was reminiscent of a more Gothic-style, with similar motifs besides the floral pattern. Near the top of the item, which is where her breasts were framed for seduction, formed a heart motif in the middle. It showed a bit of her cleavage. Her snow-white locks were tied into a neat ponytail, with small, silver hoop earrings in both her ears, and ruby-red lipstick to complete the look.

Well-dressed and in a positive attitude, the woman sauntered out from backstage and began to join the riff-raff. She had eyes upon her from both men and women. They raised eyebrows, complimented, trash-talked, everything in-between, and the queen basked in it. She loved the gossip, loved the energy, but most of all, loved the people. Her tongue glided over her lips in a very sensual manner, as her eyes scanned over the dance floor. One thing was for certain, she was going to dance her hot ass off until she just couldn't move anymore and would hopefully find a partner (or three) who could keep up with her.

There were so many people out and about today, and none of them were causing any trouble for the staff. A good air to the start of the year. But just in case someone did cause trouble and start acting out in an intolerable way, there were plenty of personnels who would take care of the situation. Lethal and non-lethal methods with minimal casualties. He brought in some of his men--men of the battlefield--to compose the majority of the security detail. They were hidden of course, and would only be called out if the 'regular' staff couldn't handle something.

The free drinks was enough to compensate for their cooperation when they wanted to join in on the fun. If he knew his men, he knew that he'd be the one to pull them out by the ear after one of them got too familiar with the area. For everyone's sake. Though they were having their own party behind the scenes. They could enjoy themselves so long as none of them accidentally shoots someone. Again. But they were good people. Good people with backgrounds as dark as the deepest hole in the realm of darkness.

Fortunately, with men as capable as the ones he picked from his own home world, he could take it easy in a relative sense. Being in charge of the security meant that he could bypass all the waiting in line crap and just waltz right on in, followed by three women of varying fashion sense. The one with the blond ponytail was wearing a business attire. Her slacks were navy blue in color with stripes of a lighter shade running vertically, with shoes to match the color. She wore a white, long-sleeved dress shirt, and kept her signature red glasses.

The second one with the short, brown hair was wearing some jeans and a black tank top with a gas mask print in red. Her favorite orange glasses were sitting on top of her head. As soon as they got in, she immediately ditched the crowd in favor of the bar, which she stole a seat in. Soon enough, she was approached by a few guys trying to hit on her, to which she responded with a challenge to a drinking contest. It wasn't a question of how much she could take, it was how many people could she out-drink before she got bored.

The third woman had long, white hair, and was wearing a brown trench coat and sleek, black boots. She wasn't exactly dressed for any kind of party, but that wasn't why she was here in the first place. At least, not at first. She wore something more party-like underneath the coat, but that was for after talking to her new colleagues.

Roy was wearing a dark suit and had a fedora on, looking much like a mafia leader than the head of security, but it wasn't like anyone was going to call him out on that one, and he didn't really enjoy being in the middle of the rave anyway, which was why they were going to chill out in one of the hidden rooms used by the security personnel and other staff.

He lead the two girls into one such room, one that was on the second floor being built right into the wall with no evidence of its existence. It was walled with one-way panels so they could see everything clearly while the people can't see them. There were plenty of rooms like these, and they were well furnished, as if it were meant to be private rooms. The fact of the matter was, it served for that purpose as well, but only on select spots. They dialed in some refreshments and simply watched the party from their vantage point.

"It's like were in the party while we're not." Nastasha said, looking out through the one-way window into the crowd.

"Daily life of a sniper."

"I suppose that is true. Being an observer while staying out of sight is what we do best, no?"

"A peeping tom could say the same," Rose said, invoking chuckles from the other two.

"Well, shall we get to business?"

Having connections had its perks. Take the line for example. Knowing the right people can sway the bouncers to let you in. Of course, with the right charm, especially one from a demonic origin, anyone can be swayed. This was what the succubus was thinking when she walked through the doors, leaving admirers calling her back. She entered with her best friend, Isis, and her familiar, Nero. The former was wearing her usual attire, only it was in a red motif for this special occasion. She looked exotic compared to the whole, and drew eyes equally as much as the succubus herself.

Nero was also in his usual attire, seeing no point in changing anything since it fit perfectly with the world's fashion as far as he was concerned. Zienna was a bit more modest than usual, making herself an attire that covered more skin and less metallic, but the overall design was still akin to her armor, only that it was cloth. Her lower clothing were dark shorts covered with a skirt that was open on the front. She had shrunk her wings down as to keep them safe from being snagged on something. And with people clawing to feel her body, she didn't want anyone to be yanking on her wing thinking it was just a prop.

And besides, she looked cuter with her now-tiny wings folded to her back. Wolfram didn't come along because he didn't like parties. And even if he did, he'd have a hard time moving around in this place. As big as it was, it was packed with people, all dancing, drinking, laughing, chatting. She saw a few familiar faces here and there, making her grin, but one face she failed to see so far was her little devil girl, Celia. It would be a treat to run into her again, and perhaps continue with their escapades in celebration.

But while she still wasn't there yet, she focused on something else, namely the source of lust that wasn't from her or her entourage. He wasn't that hard to spot though as people were also clawing on him. But there was something odd about him. She could sense it. Furthermore, it seemed like he wasn't enjoying where he was currently, in front of a man and his harem. Slowly, she made her way over to him through the dance floor.

Once there, she pressed her back against the man in designer clothes' back and said in an alluring voice, "Something tells me this isn't exactly your choice for a crowd~" Through her blindfold, she could see the effects of two auras of lust, albeit weakened for some reason, on the people around them. She glanced at the women and could feel them just burning up at the sight of her. She would bet that neither of them thought it could be possible to want another girl this much.

Why was she here? After several months, about 9 or so, the young girl hadn't been in costume, or on stage in a long, long time. Lily felt nervous, unsure, yet it didn't show on her features. Her fingers twiddled themselves though, as a form of her unease being displayed. Even backstage the sound of the who clamored and partied reached her ears. What if she was a disappointment of a DJ and a producer? What if she screwed over the bash more than anything? Ruined everything that she and Tsumiko planned for... But that's when Marigold arrived.

Lily felt her older sister's arms wrap around her body and hug her, followed by a gentle chin upon her head. She wanted to tell her to be careful of the wings and bow, but the words couldn't come out. Rather, all she did was listen to how Mari explained the situation and promoted her to have a good time. Not just that but to remember why she chose her stage name.

Her own name, Lily, was given to her as an association with her birth, but she attributed it to the symbolism of death, and funerals. That's why her stage name is, Death Blossom. The "Blossom" part comes in the form of Lily being able to express herself fully. She can be loud, energetic, and have fun, all under the disguise of a costume. The girl hid in plain sight with this alias and when she did so, she expressed herself with music of her own design, but loved playing whatever people requested. This was her time to shine.

"Big sis is right. Let's do this, Death Blossom." After she urged herself to stop dawdling, the woman stood from her chair and exited from backstage. Upon doing so, she stepped out onto the large, seemingly empty stage in front of her, and slowly rose her hand into the air. Her head nodded to the beat and when she was in front of everyone, they'd be able to see her new appearance for what it was (refer to spoiler in post).

Spoiler:

"Is everybody ready!? You all have been exposed to  only demo music so far and I can already see how excited you've become. Now, it's time for the real stuff  and I want all of you to shake your asses like you've never done so before!" Her energy was loud and exuded itself over the entirety of the crowd. They turned their attention to her, they cheered, and a lot of them were ready for the "real stuff." Death Blossom will most definitely indulge them. "I am one of the hosts and your DJ for this event, Death Blossom. I want you all to get energized, wild, have fun, and most of all, enjoy the new year. Now let's get ready to throw down!" She shouted and created an uproar from almost everybody in the crowd.

Lily threw her hand down and that's when her special gear which she used to mix and play music appeared. It was very high-tech and seemed to fall out of the sky on small, rocket-propelled boosters. They landed right in front of her, set themselves up and booted up almost immediately. After that, the stereos that were being used to play the music from before had turned into larger subwoofers and surrounded the dance floor, while on a high elevated surface.

All it took was one finger and everything that had remained silent and paused would go back to before. The people cheered her name. They wanted her to play the music, to bring back that festive cheer they indulged in, but they did so with smiles on their faces, and fervor to match. A wide grin spread across her lips and she slammed her finger down onto a button.  Everything played, with the lights and people going crazy, as they got into the groove of things.

Lenneth’s eyes went blurry as is thoughts wondered away from his current physical self, letting them drift away into chaos as he thought about the most mundane chores and thoughts that came to mind just in defense for this hot air being thrown around. The man, his whores the white powered and flashes of munny bouncing around the table while the energised coward pounded to the sounds of the music, all of it seemed distance to anything the La Vaeas could considerable pleasurable right then. Should he just break off the of the girls that were trying to hold the heartless down to this conversation? Maybe a little mental magic to rip this dealer’s mind into a torrent of “Bad trips” to really test his limits the opions all sounded nice right now then he’d dance unclothed and joyfully with their remains just because.

Hmm the thoughts swirled very fluidly around that pretty little head of his and with thelen on the way now that would have been a party made for Len’s enjoyment. Ah the music started to change as the vocalists picked a new song to play and get the people’s serotonin levels higher and higher, their heart beating like a beating war drum.

A new heart approached him, one that differed from the humans closing in on him fast, he wasn’t sure with how many different people were around but at this range there was no mistaking it. He quickly felt a pressure laying on his back, there wasn’t a clear way for people to identify him if at all at this point so there was little chance of someone figuring him out so just had to play it cool. A new voice spoke to him in a subtle manner while dealer still yammered on in the front, he could hear this stranger much clearer given the direction of his focus.

“If its that obvious then I’ve wasted more of my time with these monkey’s then a thought” speaking with a firm singular tone while still facing the table. Len directed his eyes towards his first guests slowly loosening the restrains on his aura’s potency.

“@#!##$#%$*&!”

A wording or phase dipped dripping in his powers of desire, so foul that its meaning would escape the minds of the simple understanding of people of light. Though the dealer and his arm candy didn’t understand the wording he spoke something soon took over there. Their bodies demanded it, stunned and spasming with sensation and their legs now dripping in fluid from both gender specific runoffs. Their minds erupted with sheer thoughts and unforgiving drive as they all swarmed over the each other, biting at each other’s lips and necks, clawing at their clothing just a that the bare minimal club regulation and yet not visible giving in to their passions just yet but dam close.

Lenny turned finally to greet his the stranger, a smaller young lady with petite frame and moderate amount of hair, a face he had never seen before. However her presence bared a striking resemblance and feel to his, something Lenny has not encountered before and would not let down his guard.

“My name is Lenneth, good to meet you miss”
