OOC shops?

I'm just wondering about OOC shops like GFX shops... Do we have those here? If not, maybe they could be implemented? o.o

TMK that is the area that fits closest to this, however the only incentive would be feeling bubbly on the inside you made something cool. We have no use for OOC currency. In fact I have a short story to write.

I suppose an OOC shop could be implemented, but the question would be if we'd have to use Arc Points to pay for it (if it's a paid for thing), or another type of currency.
