Ability Description: A somewhat subtle manipulation of Magma, Kahdija is capable of causing the earth below her feet to boil, causing the ground for a thirty foot radius around herself to have a drastic increase in heat, dealing moderate burn damage to anyone within the area of effect for three posts.

This currently has more then one effect

As I understand it, this only has one effect: Heating the ground to immense levels. The burn damage and increase in heat of the ground are byproducts of heating the ground itself to a level high enough to boil, which I would assume would be enough to deal damage to those standing on the surface, as the earth below it has essentially been turned into magma.

The character being immune to the spell is itself an effect.

The best method I may offer would be to simply take that out and make a separate ability saying your immune to spells of yours that are of the destructive nature
