Coded Flames- A Digital Elemental Skill Tree
Base Ability: Digital Materialization
This allows him to materialize ONLY the items shown below. That is all he can do with the ability. It takes 5 posts to charge up, and 2 posts to activate in addition to the cool down. This is also very taxing on his strength, and weakens him considerably. It's an ability he doesn't often wish to use. This ability deals him moderate damage every time he uses it. This does so by altering the reality around him partially, allowing his code to become 'real' and be used against an opponent.
Base Ability Cool Down: 3 posts
Tier One
1st Skill: Digi-Flare
Digi Flare is the first fire elemental move. It materializes a digital fire-ball in his hand, and that is thrown like a grenade. Upon landing near an enemy said projectile will explode, burning an opponent for 2 posts. 8 post cool down.
2nd Skill: Missile Shower
Missiles will be materialized by means of his device, and then bombard an enemy. 10 missiles will appear, all of which do pitiful damage. 2 post cool down upon successful contact of at least 5 missiles. 10 post cool down, upon all missiles either missing, being detonated, or being stopped.
3rd Skill: Fire Wall
A wall of digital fire will materialize out of code between himself, and his opponents. This lasts 1 post, and can take up to 50 MP of damage. It can take any number of physical strikes from people of even tiers, but anyone even one tier above him could shatter this in a SINGLE hit.
4th Skill: Slash Frenzy
Jeff will go into a frenzy of slashes. However, this is not without it's downsides. During this attack, he will be completely focused on offense rather than on any form of defense. In addition, even one hit being interrupted will result in him losing half his HP for the duration of the thread. 3 post cool down, 1 post duration.
5th Skill: Energy Beam
A simple red ray of light will shoot out of the palm of his hand. 1 post cool down. This does a slight amount of damage.

What are the limitations of the base ability? What can you materialize.
Digi-flare needs a Cool Down
The missiles can not do moderate damage at this level, only slight damage. Twenty is too high a number for tier one. It needs a Cool down.
Fire Wall, as a T1 Skill, can block up to fifty MP of damage at once time. But, it can only last a single post. It can have a cool down of two posts. It could protect against any number of physical strikes that are not more powerful than what can defend against- a person with T2 Strength could overcome this easily.
Burning Passion, as a regeneration skill is far too powerful. For reference, the only abilities on site that provoke full health are either limit breaks (a base ability modified by a T5 skill) or extremely MP draining cure spells. You could potentially restore a slight amount of HP every post, but it wouldn't be nearly enough to restore you to full health within seven posts.

The missiles need a cool down regardless of if contact is made or not.
Fire Wall, as a Tier One Skill, can only survive strikes of a person up to T2 in strength.
As a reference, I nail on wording. If you don't state that Energy Beam does damage, it will literally be a big red flashlight because nowhere does it state it does damage.

I still need you to address exactly what I asked earlier: What are the limitations or your base ability? What is the device capable of manifesting? The description so vague and potentially broad that it could potentially be game breaking.

On a competitive website, even one primarily dedicated to fun, the ability to spawn nearly infinite amounts of items with no limit on amount, size, or quality is heavily game breaking even if it does cause slight damage to yourself to use.

Hate to interrupt however I noticed a concern.
Code based abilities are not usable in the outside worlds. As being code based makes it non-physical to begin with. Code is used to command something to produce a desired result. Once something is made directly from code it becomes a non-physical entity.
As such your fire spells would not be usable in the real world as they follow this logic. In that respect there are ways you could potentially get around this restriction.
For instance, you have the Space element at your disposal. You might be able to alter the properties of the reality around you in order to justify making the code semi-real for a short period of time.
