Ability Name: Get Back!
Ability Type: Field/Support
Ability Cost: 200 MP
Ability Cooldown: 10 posts.
Ability Element: Time
Ability Description: Hikari may rewind the position of those around him by looking at him.. The ability, though it requires him to be able to look at the target he wishes to send backwards, allows Hikari to rewind the position of one target at a time. This rewind can go on for a moderate degree of time; allowing him to send them a significant distance away or draw them forwards towards him depending on just how far he goes back. It's also worthy of mentioning that via rewinding a target he's sending their body back whilst leaving the surroundings and their consciousness untouched. This means that wounds they had before will also be mended if he keeps sending them back and if he goes back too far he could potentially even heal some of their wounds via them fading out of existence in accordance. Eventually they will begin to regain them though as time passes onward -- regaining all the former wounds and retaining any they've gained after the usage of the ability about nine posts later.

At the same time though, their consciousness will come to once he stops rewinding them and it'll be left untouched. Chances are that the individual in question will be wondering why they're back a set number of feet -- their memories not changing and thereby their minds resuming directly where they left off before he began sending them back. This will most likely leave behind in their mind a sense of, "What the fuck just happened," unless they're actually aware of the effects of the spell.

Others will not see the process. It'll seem like they simply appeared farther or closer away with no real reason or explanation as to why such happened.

Time magic is always going to be character control of some form, and relative to who is affected beneficial or devastating.

To that end, I do declare the following for all time based magics to be considered by. Time Magic is inherently an auto-hit. That is how the element functions. It designates a target, and then acts upon that target.

To address the powerful nature of magic that can do that, we have included a cooldown system to make it appropriately managable. To gimp a character from a key function of their magic simple because that aspect of the magic functions differently from what is usually allowed is, in and of itself, biased and unfair.



This spell can perform an auto-hit. This spell does not need a field in order to inflict it's effect and doesn't need to fire it in the form of a blast. This ability can designate a target and thusly act upon that target immediately, with no warning.

The current cool down is fine. Raise the cost to 50 MP.

Edited back to its initial purpose with the recent specifications on the subject of time and what it can do. Raised the cost exponentially to accommodate this and revamped it once more to be like the original ability.
