◘ RAID ◘ Fear and Loathing in Deep Jungle

Rustling in the underbrush of the Deep Jungle, crawled a specimen of beast unlike any the worlds had seen before. Not a Heartless, but equally without measure for their emotions. Not a Nobody, but equally without a full form. More like the Unversed than any manner of creature, they scattered across the dense foliage, scuttling and devouring all that they saw. They were eternally hungry, these beings...and once their fill had been made here, this world leveled to a hollow space where nothing resided but their nests, they would move onto the next world, and so on.
They cared nothing for neither light nor darkness. They sought not the hearts of worlds or the eternal blanket of night, but merely an end to their insatiable cycle -- eat, reproduce, die.

In the deepest part of the thicket, stirred a monstrous creature, the size of a normal man, shredding down leaves and branches to make a better home for the younglings...its eyes focused on its work, it kept a wary sense out for any who would dare to approach. But, this world was vast, and empty of much life other than the primitive animals. As the Maternal settled its body, nestling in the boughs of the treetop, a half-dozen eggs slithered out of her form. Though covered in slime, they glittered like opals, though their beauty would only last a short while. Within the span of a second, these shells broke, releasing hundreds of hobbling, misshapen beasts.

Mistakes. Mistakes often pile up, causing more troubles. Enablers, allowing these mistakes to go by unnoticed, furthering bad habits and causing them to get worse. The Maternal, their guide, their protector...and finally, the Motherland herself, their creator.

Almost instantly, the Mistakes began their work, climbing down in every which direction, devouring everything in sight as they made their way to the bottom of the trees. The Enablers, going in groups of two for every flock of Mistakes, followed closely behind them. Above, guarding the Motherland, sat the Maternal, watching her siblings as they ushered forth a new age for this world filled with life...an era of empty hollowness that even the Realm of Nothingness would cringe at.

The Mistakes must be taken care of BEFORE you can deal with the Enablers. Enablers will attempt to attack you while you try and take out Mistakes.
Maternal and Motherland will only be able to be tracked or revealed once you've defeated all the Enablers. Keep in mind, Maternal and Motherland will be fought at the same time. (Despite being two different bosses.)

Lenneth’s  part in this tale played out days before the invasion of deep jungle had started from these foreign aliens like creatures.  The  first encounter of the little beastly occurred on their own hunting grounds on a small little nameless world in the realm of light, whom which brought that aniamal farm down into nothingness, a small lost to be sure but proved to be a piece of a much greater threat to which the likes they had never seen yet. The new dangerous were unlike Len had encountered I his centre of existence, these creatures feasted on the heartless like they did the humans, devouring their darkness and even taking their hearts for themselves leaving the realm with nothing in return. And their numbers seemed staggering, quickly flooding that little rock before spoiling all life on it and leaving a small trace. Losing such an investment and discovering a species that would wipe them out if left to fester in the future would not stand, Lenneth would take matters into his own hands as it seemed nothing else would ensure it.

Though he knew better then to risk the dangers of this coming out of hand alone or his pride, these monsters seemed to take a delight in eating the dark ones and even grew more dangerous when defeated by them, this would lead to worsening the problem at hand and for this first assault. He couldn’t count on his own kind not to make this harder…so desperate times called for an unlikely change of tactics. Lenny sent his humanoid servants across the worlds with a wanted bounty for this monster hunting quest, the payment was questionable good for an annoyances client and discussed further on a later date but maybe he would draw in a couple of goodie defends of the worlds to be the bait, there had to be some decently powered chosen to want to stop a possible threat despite the legitimacy.  They were tasked for getting the hero’s to be ready in the coming days when the signal was sent to send them all to Lenneth’s destination.

While he promised the adventure he’d had to first find the monsters before anything could have been done so there in the realm of darkness Len focused his honed heartless senses and spread his consciousness throughout the worlds in search and heartless to extend his reach further. Days had passed with Lennth simply focusing, floating in place as his magics were holding himself to the endless seas between the worlds of light, so many hearts so vast and numberless that he couldn’t even spare a second to admire  if they didn’t match what he felt before, a search that may have taken years given the fact these hearts did not shine as brightly as keybladers or as recognizable as heartless. The only saving grace was the fact they had were such a different kind of signature that there any heartless known had encountered before made them semi-rare breeds, a 1/100 chance he could match it to what was felt before out of the sea of others.

Tireless the La Vaeas kept his work while soldiers spread the world of great adventure and danger through the more public voiced worlds to meet at the appointed times when these monsters were found. And there in the midst of focused sweating from the work Lenny found a strong match, quickly sending his scouts through the vibes of darkness into this world of green and wild life to confirm his findings while trying to pin point where on that large world he would need to go. It felt hopeless though as the wild life seemed to merge seamlessly with these monsters for some reason but in that world he could mistake it no further the foreignness of this sensation would decide his path.

Taking heed Lenny quickly send out a massage to all of his not heartless minions that were spreading the word of this quest to the location at hand and open the  dark gates to flood in the sacrificially soldiers that Len would require in aid.  The king himself wasted no time and took to the air and darkness, flooding the gates of white realm with his overwhelming and beautifully presence to spear head this operation.

In the skies of the lush green jungles did a district tone of darkness crackle and twist together before the space shattered like glass as Lenneth leapt out its image of the darkness. Witnessing the drying land as it flew faster at him the dark prince quickly spun around upwardly to lead his feet to be first landing as it crushed the earth underneath him, sending a mighty tremor through out the woods in despite violence and noise.

“Hopefully that’d get their attention…and that I get some help comes soon”  thinking to himself Lenny shook off the pain of his pride in requesting help from this blasted realm, it was this cursed light that had breed such a danger in the first place and now his task to wipe it clean. It was an odd process of natural selction and already Lenneth could feel the life on this world slowly eroding into something else, much worse then before. There was no mistaking this was a hot spot for these abominations.  

He got up standing freely and started to call shadows from the ground and beckoning the native heartless of this land to act as his eyes and ears to map out this danger by scouting ahead. Though he wouldn’t use them to asset to heavily on this extermination task given that it seemed like heartless only would make more problematic if he wasn’t watching them directly but since they were already there might as well be of some use. It would be mostly him and whomever Leo and gab got to help.  Reading himself Lenny conjured his four guns to his side, holding two while the other strapped down at his feet to greet the eventually guards to take his notice and maybe lead him to the source of this plague. Fully geared in his exotic and sensually attire his beauty would be deadly weapon today.

Lee and Son have been removed from the party.

The mistakes noticed the human boy beginning to wade through their numbers. But it wasn't the boy himself that caught their attention, so much as the weapons he was waving around. To the Mistakes, everything was food, and everything was power. They ate and absorbed the properties of anything they could get their little claws around, and Veara's weapons were hardly an exception to the rule. The two Enablers, seeing that there was the potential to devour something stronger than wood and wildlife, directed the group's attention to the arsenal that had just taken out fifty of their number in the matter of a few swings.

Swarming in the same manner as a plague of locusts, the Mistakes began latching themselves onto Veara's tools of destruction, desperate to get a bite of that power for themselves. These beings were not creatures of thought, more mindless than Heartless, and infinitely more insatiable in their endless hunger, and cared little that they threw themselves into the line of fire. They craved only more power, and more food.

Hungry, hungry, hungry, hungry, hungry...

If one could hear the thoughts of the Mistakes and their Enablers, they may have gone a trifle mad after a few hours. The only thing they knew, naturally, was eating, reproducing, and dying. Presently, the only thing that ran through the collective thoughts of these beings, was devouring everything.
And right now, they all sensed a very powerful Heartless within their area.

As a great, surging wave of bodies, the Mistakes and Enablers began rushing towards Lenneth now. If they'd had any mouths, they might have been salivating...for there was nothing in these worlds they loved to devour more than these beings of Darkness.

Just as Len had proudly stuck his landing and found himself content at the chaos he had created to lure out the grunts of this little invasion something else unexpected happen just a few feet away. One of his corridors had lured in someone to asset him in the upcoming challenges that awaited ahead though in a manner that was quite startling, the first thing to fall out was a fridge of all thanks, slamming into the ocean with a climaxing thud and splash. Curiosity took Len’s mind for a moment as he slowly took a few steps with a question brow to pounder what the hell that was about, seemed pretty full as well judging from the leakage of smells and colors. It was then something else came leaping out of the darkness, a blonde stranger of very lax and causally attire took to the ground and turned around, seeing the broken cooler with what seemed a broken heart like expression.  A food lover Lenneth could have guessed but that wasn’t what intrigued the heartless at that moment, no there was something else about this person that gave him pause but a delightfully advantage if it played out well. This person was of no simple mortal, Veara’s heart emitting with so much force that was match’s Len’s own and he was a man of darkness as well. Two threatening combos that would results would to be placed into speculation other day once this threat was silenced.    

Thinking on it Lenny with some internal hesitation he tried to take a non-threatening step trying start the customary negotiation, names, dates reasons for being there, unspoken pacts etc  etc things that humans spent mindless moments forming when heartless just obey, hell they got a whole system of it that takes years to even agree on something like helping each other out. But regretfully it was their way and best to get it out of the way sooner. And then oh look the other blonde is going berserk…and the giant boulders no less attached to his hands…the fuck? That is certainly a first to witness. Charging at a tree and knocking some of the monsters senseless Lenny thought it best to let the man vent out some of that rage for a bit before trying to establish anything at the moment. But it was confirmed at least the hoodie guy was aiming to slaughter these aliens and that be enough for Len to call him ally for the time.

The little mistakes then were slowly to react but moved against the stone wielder with impunity or rather his weapon as they started to latch on trying to what looked like biting its solid mass, not very bright but might pose a problem. Taking aim with a single weapon he fired a couple of rounds at the ones that weren’t being smashed down like bugs and a few charging at attempting to jump on as well just to ease some of the pressure of Veara making sure not to even get aim close at the human.  Some damage would be nice, at least knocking them off and hoping to cripple them would do for now.

A few moments more and Lenny could feel a huge flood of hearts approaching their location, there were so many he couldn’t help but notice them. Quickly shifting his focus a large number rushed at him just to the side, firing off his duel hand guns in a large spray of bullets from the center outwardly as they closed in. Once a little too comfortable he would leap up and back flip serval times into the air, shooting off all four of his guns in a barrage of death, the he held and the two strapped to his feet while the mindless monsters tried to get closer still.

Due to the unresponsive nature of Veara, and the fact he did not contact me in case something had come up, he has been removed from the Raid. Unless you have a replacement for him, Lenneth, this Raid cannot continue.
