Overall a slim bodied male who stands at a height of five feet, nine inches when male, and five feet, six inches when female and weighs about a total of Two hundred and seventy or so pounds, due to the metal endoskeleton that makes up the program's physical body. Semi-long bangs hang at either side of his face and just barely reach the length of his chin. It is generally messy in place no matter how hard he tries to maintain it. The stresses of life tend to naturally make it behave of it's own accord. It is left unstyled by choice while male, and kept in a single ponytail when female. Eyes have been voluntarily changed to a vibrant purple.

Being forced to cast off his once fancy clothing, Sebastian has now opted for simplistic, yet still slightly fancy clothing. He wears, underneath a typical Japanese school uniform coat for males, a purple T-Shirt, which has a bit of bagginess to allow for easy transition between the male and female form. For pants, he opts for pitch black jeans, which somehow never get dirty. This is thanks to the fact that all of his clothing is currently just data overlaying on a metal endoskeleton. For shoes, he prefers to wear a pair of sneakers, with white being the primary color, and black being the color of the soles. This has several black dots all over them, representing his space motif. Upon closer inspection, it is revealed that he wears several necklaces, and a black ring on his right index finger.

Sebastian is best described as a Realist. Despite who his parents were, he has a more firm grip on the reality of situations, so when there is no chance of something happening, he will become the voice of reason. But yet, despite this, or maybe even because of this he is constantly smiling and making jokes when he feels people need to smile. He is a great friend and a fearsome enemy, he will protect those close to him with his very life, and those who would try to harm those people have to contend with his stubborn desire to protect. He had anger problems when it came to those with irritating personalities at one point, but in the three years of his disappearance he has become much more levelheaded. He has taken an extreme interest in the art of synthesization, to the point where his studying has made him very proficient at it. His personality does not undergo very many changes when switched to female. The only subtle changes are in his interests in colors, aesthetic design choices, etc. He is essentially the perfect calm apprentice, with tendencies to be a complete smart ass on occasion.

All in All, Sebastian is a movement based magical fighter, using technology along with his own magic prowess to travel through the battlefield, dealing high damage while moving extremely quickly. He is the reversal of his boss, Axis Genesis. Whereas she is a brute strength and speed based fighter, he covers the magic, while dealing with just as much speed, and evening out on agility as well. However, this focus on magic makes his strength quite literally the weakest link, only able to use smaller, more logically sized weapons. He is the logical fighter, which, contrary to what he should have turned out as, marks his naming as Program: Paradox.

Sebastian was born as a result of the influx of magic power his mother absorbed firsthand upon the defeat of the Fallen Styx and the Resurrection of the many fallen worlds. The influx of power seemed to do nothing at first, but a few weeks later his mother awoke to find that he was quickly growing, growing until she was forced into labor. Upon his birth he was marked as the son of the Chief of The Indian Tribes of Neverland, and therefore a small number of tribesmen and women will listen to him, because of this he is fluent in the language of the tribes of Neverland on top of the English he already speaks. A few months after he was born he passed both his mother and his father in age, he is now eighteen years old, and he has grown into the power he received from being there upon the death of the Styx....He began his adventure soon after moving away from Neverland, however, he only adventured for three weeks before Disappearing, accidentally being pulled into an alternate dimension where magic didn't exist. As he had lost all of his magic power, he spent most of his time Studying Synthesization, or weapons-forging as it was called in that dimension. He eventually was hired on by a blacksmith to make fantastical weapons, such as the ones Sebastian had accidentally brought with him, The Flames of Life gauntlets. He did this work for three whole years in that dimension before another rift was opened and he returned to our dimension, only to find that little less than a year had passed in his original universe. However, this time around, Sebastian Saikou is now nothing more than binary code, projecting a new image onto a metal endoskeleton. He is the collection of data that was created by the tracker that the original sebastian himself originally embedded into his wrist, pulling it out after collecting two years worth of data, while also making it capable of free will and human level sentience. This data was grafted into a Android body by Axis Genesis, the MCP of the Datascape. He is now ready to start over, capable of using most of his magic, and even capable of his space powers. However, the data collected is incomplete, therefore, he is weaker than the other Sebastian. Thus, the story of the Paradox program begins.
