Sacred Ichor: The Holy Lance does moderate Light damage on-hit.

Thorny Binding: Terminal Dogma: Those who lack a Heart of Light who take damage from the Holy Lance experience moderately-light Light damage, for a number of posts equal to the maker's Synth Tier.

Technically Holy Lance doesn't have a Synth Tier. It would be based off it's Item Tier or your Synth Tier. You can increase the damage of the second ability to light-moderate.

Well, what's meant by that is the tier of the item. Just an issue of semantics, here.
