Of A Different Breed
Angel Star:
Unlike other Emblem Heartless, Whidmer has a more evolved Heartless Physiology, able to gain abilities from other types of Heartless and some unique to himself. In this base ability, it manifests in the following ability:
Whidmer has evolved to generate Artificial Light in the same manner as an Angel Star Heartless: He may use this Artificial Light as if it were his Heart Element. Artificial Light functions in all the same ways as Light.
Base Ability Cool Down:
None.
Tier One
Red Nocturne:
The Artificial Light Whidmer creates can now heat to extreme temperatures, capable of emulating the effects of Fire that rely on heat.
Grey Caprice:
Whidmer gains the Pureblood Heartless' ability to move in the form of a shadow, immunity to effects that play on emotions, to possess inanimate objects, and to change his own form to match his desires.
Sapphire Elegy:
Whidmer gains the Search Ghost's ability to warp around instead of moving. The maximum amount of movement capable in one warp is equal to the maximum amount of distance Whidmer could travel in 6 seconds. Whidmer can only warp a maximum amount of distance equal to the amount of distance he could travel in 6 seconds per post. Useable once per post.
Stripped Aria:
Whidmer's body has an abnormally large drive capacity. Gains one Drive Point for every other Character Tier.
Spring Metal:
Whidmer's body is abnormally aligned to evolution, temporary or permanent; drives are extended by one post per per every other Character Tier.

Sapphire Elegy: You will need to slap a cool down on there, because you will be able to warp farther distances at higher tiers, so to prevent misuse, I'd suggest a cool down of three posts.
Stripped Aria: Unfortunately, you will not be able to use Stop based techniques of that magnitude in your tree at T1. However, the work around to this, is that you'll have to make it so that the skill itself is less effective, or there is a large enough cool down on it. Given that you are T1, you'll probably get away with it only working up until the opponent's, a reduction in its range by 3 meters and a 6 post cool down. Alternatively, you could go with an AoE slow field that lasts for a certain duration.

That Cooldown is appropriate for someone who can teleport to places they have already been: this teleport is limited to Whidmer's actual movement, and therefore still much less powerful than similar abilities on this tier. I would argue that this is a method of movement and should be treated as such.

Sapphire Elegy: It is being counted as an act of movement, which can also put along the lines to that of an auto-dodge or similar. You will be limited to only using it once per post.
