Due to being essentially a miniaturized sound cannon, The Paradox sonic is capable of creating a sound wave that will rattle mundane locks (I.E. locks to regular doors) to the point of the door's gears sliding into the unlock position, allowing sebastian to use said door. He has made Thirteen of these, each with a different function. So far the only two people that have one of these are Himself and The MCP, Axis Genesis.
