The baseline Fire magic spell, Fire is one of several subroutines that Sebastian is capable of accessing. The spell Fire has two different versions, and as such, has two subroutines. This subroutine of the spell fire allows sebastian to create a ball of flame that circles him for two posts. The ball of flame travels around sebastian at a fast rate, and is capable of passively igniting flammable materials near him, but if it is attacked, the ball of fire disperses. This spell is at baseline level due to the data of Sebastian's Magical Prowess being incomplete. But it is noted that this spell has the potential to be extremely devastating to groups of enemies at higher levels of power.
