One of Two fire magics that allow Sebastian to use his Paradox Flame gauntlets, Flare-FM03 is a subroutine of fire magic that functions in the exact same way as the flare rounds for his signature weapon. However, rather than being confined to a shell, this is created from a spark above his knuckles, and when he swings at the opponent, it takes the shape of the same star shaped flares that make up his flare ammunition. This spell is at its baseline level, due to the data on Sebastian's Magic Prowess being incomplete, but it has been noted that this spell has the potential to be extremely blinding and explosive with enough power put behind it.

So does this actually do any damage? Does it just have the exact same properties as your ammo being shot off, just used differently?
