Ability Description: All those within a hundred meter radius of Ophelia are encased with ice and instantly frozen in place for 2 posts, once the two posts are over the ice shatters dealing moderate damage. The ice is incredibly strong, able to hold those with Tier 5 Strength off from breaking out for at least one post. Should someone break out of the ice before it shatters they will not be dealt damage.

Fine it as it is however if you even want to hold those with t5 strength we're going to have it raise it plus fifty.

After that will be good
