Ability Cooldown: 3 Posts
Ability Element: Water + Illusion
Ability Description: Celia generates the illusion of a tidal wave that crashes down upon the field. This is actually a mask, for the purity effects imbued with her water, which wipe away all negative status effects and restore previously lost buffs to her and all allies within a 30 foot range.
