Pumpkin King Skill Tree

Eternally Haunted: Having thrown off all connections to others, focusing solely on Horror and other aspects of Halloween, Halloween Town has granted Tyler the power to draw upon its heart to transform both the area around him and himself into more horrific versions. The length of this transformation is determined by his character Tier.

While the transformation of the area around him differs from world to world, his own transformation always remains the same. Upon drawing on the power of the world's heart, Tyler's body starts to burn from the inside out. This aspect of the transformation is actually painless, but he tends to reflexively howl out in pain as flames engulf his entire body, hiding him as his body changes. The first change that happens is his head seems to become replaced with a pumpkin. This is actually his skull, which expands and changes in shape and color to take on a hellish form. At this point, his body is lit from the inside as his ribcage sharpens and becomes easily able to be seen through, revealing a pulsating heart, lit grotesquely by some internal light. Once this is done, the rest of his body takes on a devilish form, skin blackening and becoming more muscled. Hands ending in clawed fingers, toes turning into talons. While in Halloween Town, he is capable of freely switching between this form and his regular form without burning from the inside out.

The real benefits of these transformations appear in terms of how it affects the costs and cooldowns of his abilities. While this ability is active, MP Costs for all spells are cut by half, as are all cooldowns for spells and abilities. While in Halloween Town however, this ability is considered to be passive, allowing him to freely toggle back and forth between forms, while still having the benefits of the ability itself.

What is the duration and cool down on the applicable parts of the ability, such as changing the landscape and the cost reductions?
