The Great Engine: Chancelor's body produces an intense amount of electricity, providing all of his attacks and abilities a major electric damage buff. Due to how he generates electricity, it gives him the ability to produce and manipulate it to deal damage equivalent to his regular attacks. At Tier Three, the damage buff increases from moderate to major.
Base Ability Cool Down: Passive

Tier One
The Storming Gears: .TGE now enables flight based on Chance's speed and agility.
Archon of Arcs: TGE draws in the magic of others, creating an aura of 5 meters per tier that saps 5 MP per tier per post for enemies within the aura's range. This MP transfers to D9's pools and remains until used or the topic ends, whichever comes first.
Static Field: Any aura's Chance is in that belongs to an ally have TGE's damage buff applied to it. Meaning it will either provide damage or add on to the damage. This include's Chance's own auras.
Voltage: The TGE now provides damage resistance equivalent to its damage buff.
High Volume TGE: The TGE provides an additional slight damage buff
Ohm: The TGE now applies a healing effect to Chance's auras equivalent to its damage buff.
