Appointment(priv)

The false Schwartz's eyes widened when her strike hadn't really done much to him. Before it knew it, there was a basketball sized energy projectile, brimming with power and electricity, crashed into her midsection. She was sent flying, before being engulfed in the explosion. Her screams could be heard, identical to how the woman would have really sounded, if hurt to that point. When the dust settled, Meara would be shown the fruits of his labor.

Blood. Flesh, blood and entrails had been left in his wake. A grisly sight before him... That soon eventually gave away to more mechanical pieces. The blonde destroyed an android, who had a reinforced, mechanical skeletal system, with actual organs and the like, to further show off its human like capabilities. Alas, however, it couldn't stand up to or fool the child of a good. Thus, it stayed there, dead on the floor. A slow clap could be heard over the intercom.

"Excellent job, Cousin Meara. We're almost done here, so bear with me for just a bit longer." The queen said, a smile played at her ruby-red lips. Her final test was at hand. This was something she had only ever once used and that was against Deji. This time, she'd have to see how another god could stand up to it.

The floor opened once more, with the whirling of the elevator being heard. A tall, machine-like figure had been introduced this time. A living weapon, in the sense that it was very sentient. Much like the android, it had a developed AI running its processes. It had a sleek, muscular build to it, with it appearing around the same height as Meara. The thing had blue eyes at first, before they turned red and the sound of an alarm went off.

"Enemy detected. Scan commenced." It'd speak and analyzed Meara's power level. Clearly, it was over the thousands. Something that Final Justice could match. After, it assumed a fighting stance and taunted the blonde with a hand. "Elimination process has begun."

When Meara watched her go flying back and he simply breath out of his nose heavily and nodded. He didn't like to use that move but one thing was for sure he didn't like when fakers tried to use the appearance of his family and best friends to try and get the better of him.

He didn't pay attention when he heard the slow clap and he turned away from the gruesome mess that was the fake. He turned around honestly he wanted to be angry, however he wasn't happy about hurting the fake and being goaded into using that move. He honestly even felt bad for that fake, why would you give someone something that wasn't there own and then force them to fight....it just didn't seem right.

Apparently Mara began to feel as though it wasn't he who was testing her toys. Though it felt as though they were testing him. He simply stood there and await for the elevator to bring up the next opponent. The boy adjusted his hoodie and brushed some of the dirt off his scarf when finally the elevator came to a halt and his next opponent showed up.

When they came out of the elevator Mara tilted his head...this one seemed different.

Really different.

Mara simply took the battle stance he was taught long ago. It spoke, however it only said robot words...and then the son og what to taunt him by doing the hand motion!

Okay, he had enough of these robots for the day!

Mara simply took three steps forward and then quickly lunged forward throwing out a punch getting ready to bait this guy this guy just like he did with other one. Ready to throw out a quick to the gut with his added doubling the force the moment he reacted to this punch getting thrown at him.

When Meara lunged, so did the robot. Both of their speeds were evenly matched and the force of their strikes clashed with the same amount of force. This would have no doubt stopped all forward momentum, since it was an even strike on both ends, but the mech reacted faster by quickly throwing a powerful, quick right punch towards the side of the blonde's skull.

"Out of any and all who had ever tested against Final Justice, many of them failed... Deji has been the only one to ever successfully defeat it. Meara has the potential to do it, but I wonder if he has the intellect to figure it out..." Morgan had whispered to herself, gazing down at the arena. God vs. machine, a battle only written of in fiction...

When the robot copied his actions Mara was surprised, that it could keep up. Copying his action and then adding another punch straight to his cranium. Quickly Mara once again  like earlier in the test momentum nulled the fist coming at his skull. Immediately brought his fist up to strike the middle of the robots arm to snap it and have it be useless to the machine.

Right after that he jumped backwards, and then ran forward at the robot. He realized that the robot was copying him and their was only one option to do when someone was copying you. Waiting until he got close Mara unleashed another fist. However, this time he punched himself hard in the face which sent his body flying to the left side of the stage.

That was a good attempt on Meara's end, in terms of preventing that strike from connecting with his head. The follow-up was even better, but he'd soon find that his retaliation was met with futility. The mech's arm hadn't snapped, no visible damage even appearing. The red-eyed menace watched the boy jump away, then charge off towards him once more. It took up its stance and waited for his next attack which... Involved punching himself hard in the face? The mech merely watched as the boy sent him self flying.

"Scan commenced. Spacial manipulation detected. Adaptability activated. Battle recommenced." It spoke and from there, there'd be a new twist to this fight. Once more, the robot charged off towards the blonde and when close, would unleash a flurry of punches and kicks, all mixed up to throw off the boy, or keep him on the defensive. Meara would also find that trying to null the momentum of the mech was now useless.

Mara sent himself flying to the left side of the arena and he continued to do just so the moment his legs went near the ground he quickly began to move them in the air as if he already running. The moment he touched the ground the boy stumbled a little, but took off towards the left while the robot gave chase just as fast as Mara was initially running earlier. It'd be another seconds before he could null another attack and unfortunately the robot didn't punch himself desrory his head like Mara had hoped for when he punched himself. Though he did come to this side of the arena for another reason...quickly the boy skidded to a halt and spun on the balls of his feet to face the robot while he reached the arena wall. The robot went on the offensive delivering a flurry of attacks. The blonde was waiting for this rather then continue to have this robot just copy what it wanted from him there was one thing this thing couldn't copy or predict.

Stupidity

Mara ready to counter hopped to the side however quickly the boy reached his arms out aiming to simply poke and then palm the robots arms with his added force. His intent with his free arm was to grab that arm and slam it into the arena wall. Mara while doing this began readying his body for the rest of the body for the brunt of the attacks being delivered. The boy opened his mouth for another projectile strike this time though the shot that was fired from his mouth was more like a small electrical orb aiming straight for the robots face. It would launch quickly  towards the bot despite there already close quarters was the size of a golfball. Acting as a flare making their entire area they were in too bright for anyone too see. This also acted as a jammer of sorts for a couple seconds making it feel as though Mara's power was coming from every which way within ten feet for those who were sensors.

An he thought this move was a dumb idea.

Once the mech had closed the distance and had attempted its flurry of strikes, Meara had countered him nicely with that poke to the arm. It was much more than a poke, bridled with the maximum power of his abilities, the robot was flung away a bit, followed by being grabbed by that arm and slammed into the wall. Didn't take much time later, before it had shot a flare that aimed to disrupt the sensors of the thing.

It worked to a degree, seeing as it keep its scanners primed for anymore display of abilities. Plus, the poke had managed to cause a degree of damage to Final Justice's arm. While this had easily caused it to pause in its assault, the mech went on the defensive. A strength that seemed to match Meara's, it tried to pull its arm free and if successful, would before a great leap away. Should all go according to plan, it would have analyzed the boy's ability long enough to have neutralized it a few seconds later. Now, it'd have the ability to utilize electricity against its opponent.

In proper retaliation, it had charged up an extremely powerful laser eye-beam and launched it towards the blonde in all of it's destructive force. This beam had a combination of that godly power it copied from Meara, but used it to its maximum, no doubt becoming an extremely deadly attack within seconds.

The bot took a great leap away and Mara thought this was the moment to end this he had to stay on the offensive. He followed after him as fast as he could following on the ground while his opponent was in the air. Staying on him, Mara's eyes widened when the robot launched charge shot and he gritted his teeth.

Only one option now.

He activated momentum burst and went flying towards the attack holding up his arm a small shield appeared right in front of his fist that was exactly like the one he used earlier on the large mech. The move would collide with the shield and instead of firing it back this time, the energy became a orb the size of a baseball in front of his open palm. Meara came forward once again closing the distance and with a open palm aimed to slam the orb into his upper torso along with a palm thrust straight to the center of the robot's body.

And that was where the victory came for the blonde. All too quick, Meara had managed to take that maximized power, brought it to its mark, then made sure it crashed deep into its torso. Too fast for the scanners to even pick up, Final Justice had received a heavy amount of damage. A bright crimson-red explosion would have engulfed both the mech and the young man. A loud crash, which boomed against the windows and yet, Morgan hadn't retreated.

When the dust settled, Final Justice hadn't even been fully destroyed, just a hole where its chest had been. Sounds whirled and the thing attempted to fight on, but had only struggled to just fall onto the ground. It reached out towards the boy and wanted to utilize a palm cannon to melt him, but it didn't. Rather, it shut down and had ceased to function.

As per usual, Morgan had nothing but praise for the young man. Her clapping rang through the intercom, a soft smile on her lips. A soft giggle then came through. "Excellent job, Cousin Meara. You've showed me the flaws in all of my toys... Come. Meet me at the entrance of the arena, we'll talk there." She said and had went to take her leave, but not before facing all of the boys' friends. Xaq, Alyssa, Aldrey, Morgan smirked to each of them, then motioned for the three to leave out the room first, before she did.

Mara eyes widened once again unfortunately for him this didn't send his enemies backwards it simply hit them with their own moves with his own power added into it. Being engulfed and his with the explosion as well the boy went flying backwards hitting the ground and skidding across it until he crashed into the wall. Looking towards the explosion Mara saw the robot was still up and quickly tried to move while it raised its arm toward him though to no avail was he able too. The boy sighed though as a robot came to a halt and he simply laid down on the ground for a moment as he heard the intercom come on once again and clapping could be heard, followed by Morgan asking him to come to the entrance. Getting up and dusting himself the boy quickly pinched some of his hair that was on fire thanks to the explosion. His face was also covered in some soot thanks to the explosion but at least he didn't get burned by it............though these clothes would definitely need to get put through the wash.

The three upstairs mostly tried to keep their shock to themselves though it was pretty noticeable when they were worried especially at that last moment with the huge explosion you could see it in how their body tensed and or their eyes widened. Though all three in their own way breathed relief after it cleared and they saw he was able to stand up on his own accord. All three of them exited the room and at once and quickly made their way to the arena trying to quickly get to their friend.

The moment they were united Mara simply turned to look at them. A large smile on his face and he simply waved to them. "Did ya enjoy the show guys?" He asked them laughing a little though he held his ribs after he was done rubbing them for a moment or so. His response from all three of them was simply silence and an annoyed expression on their face with Xaq simply scrunching his face and holding his head.

"They all give silence and scrunched faces, but I say I enjoyed the show quite a bit, dear cousin." Morgan chimed in and moved her way past the three, to face Meara directly. A light smile on her lips, her face conveyed exactly how pleased she was with the young man. "I can see why it was you and Deji who faced off in the finals. It seems only gods can fight other gods, don't you agree?" She asked, those crimson eyes scoping the young boy out. He was grimy and covered with the scent of battle... He was perfect.

"Now then, as thank for playing with my dolls, I will compensate you and your group accordingly. You know, funding for food, transportation and the like, however, I cannot let you leave without making my offering." Once again, straight to the point. Business-like, she placed her hands behind her back and locked them with one another. Her eyes gazed into Meara's, her smile never faltered. "Will you join my army? I need more combatants like you and Deji, who will help come to the aid of not just Darkson Regime, but the rest of the worlds we've allied with." She explained after her inquiry. "There is a great darkness coming and it's been moving with quite the insatiable hunger and aggression. I need people like you, who can defend us from this threat. You'll be able to journey whenever and wherever you like, it'll just be expected of you to come when I need you. Much like Deji, you'll have a place among my most trusted of members. So what do you say, Cousin Meara? Will you join in my ranks?"

Mara watched her pass his friends and look him right in the eye he chuckled a little when she responded to his question for his friends. Though as she continued to talk he looked at her funny tilting his head at the god comment. Mara wasn't even close to the word God, I mean sure he was a lot stronger then his friends but God.....that was pushing the envelope a lot. He was no where close to something like that title. She spoke about compensating Mara uttered a quick "That won't be needed it was fun. An it was like it took forever or something like that." The boy spoke with confidence laughing a little at the end. He wasn't the type to accept someone else's money and it just felt weird when they did that. Though at this point when she said offering Mara ears turned into to what she had to say because clearly he was before a business woman after all. The boys smile disappeared as she mentioned the darkness that was coming...at first he had no clue what she meant, but maybe it was about those gigantic and small black creatures they fought all the time. An even more so she wanted him to join her army....well with his sisters and his father and mother once considered to be apart of the darkson regimeeyyy there's only one logical answer to this, right?

[color=red]"Well we already knew about the darkness we've fought it a lot in our travels it comes really big and sometimes really small, but a lot of it. Though as for your offer....No. I don't think that's the best choice right now for your regime or for us. Though if you ever need us you could always let us know and as long as we're somewhere where we can get the message we'll come help your army out." The boy spoke and smiled at her rejecting her offer to the join the army not really one for organized and much more use to the chaos that was his group who apparently all were quite surprised he said no...they definitely weren't expecting that especially since he's basically a darkson in everything but name and blood with how close he grew up to them.

Meara was going to be paid regardless, even if she had to shove the card in his jacket pocket... Which she did. It had a limit on it, a large limit but was still given to him regardless. "Take my money or I'll tell your mom on you." She winked, then took a few steps back. All that was necessary at that point, was to hear the blonde's answer.

The wait wasn't all that bad and it appeared as though he had really put some thought into it. There wouldn't have been any chances for the peanut gallery to have added their two-cents into anything, either that or they understood that their friend, despite his naive disposition, was a growing boy who could make his own decisions. Hearing their voices had prepared Morgan well for what was to come next. And that was the rejection from the young boy. Apparently, he knew of the darkness and had even fought against it, but for whatever reason there was, Meara didn't want to bolster her army and their chances. A light sigh escaped from her lips. "Quite the unfortunate news to hear, dear cousin, but... Your extension to help whenever needed is comforting to hear. Should you ever need the same from us, then don't hesitate to-"

Before she had been able to finish, Deji, who had managed to sneak out with really any of them noticing, had appeared from behind Morgan. There was a wide grin on her lips as she leaned over to Morgan's ear. She whispered something inaudible which had made the queen's face darken, yet, she just smiled it off. Her crimson eyes turned over to the all black-eyed male and his three companions. "If you'll excuse me, I have something to tend to. Once again, thank you for testing out my toys and considering my offer, despite rejection. I'll have Deji see you all out." And with a quick turn on her heel, Morgan had walked off with a brisk pace.

Deji, who had been left behind with the four of them, just had her hands on her hips and grinned wide. "Meara do good. We leave now. I go same way for mission." She said simply, her own black eyes matching the young boy's. That'd be the only thing that would cause others to mistake them as brother and sister, that and their equally tanned-skin. After that, Deji waited for them to start off on their way.

Meara was about to apologize and give the card back to her when all of the sudden Deji appeared and whispered something into Morgan's ear. An with a quick response similar to that of got to go and turn of a heel she was gone. Mara's friends walked next to and they simply looked at one another not exchanging anything else obviously waiting until they were in private, rather not have their moments caught on camera.

"So where to next?" Aldrey asked glad to get out of this place and never seeing her captor's.

"Back to Destiny Islands, I have to get Destinie." Meara spoke and then walked forward remembering where they came from initially meanwhile Xaq and Alyssa looked towards him with quite the confused look.
