Description: Exson can indefinitely freeze any ability or synthesis/object of his choosing, as long as that ability or synthesis/object is not immune to the element he is using to do so. The chosen frozen ability/object will stay frozen unless Exson is knocked unconscious, killed, leaves the battlefield, or dispels it. In the case of it being frozen by Blizzard, the ability/object can be shattered. Otherwise, if normally unfrozen, will resume it's original purpose/projection. Exson can either activate this through targeting or direct contact. The more powerful the ability he freezes, the more stamina is required to freeze it.
