A snarky and manipulative man, who has a penchant for making deals. He won't hesitate to lie to convince somebody to do something and often hides his true personality upon first meeting someone. Once he's made a deal with somebody, or believes somebody isn't worth making a deal with or won't ever make a deal, he'll show his true colors. He is extremely arrogant and isn't afraid to make that known. He will often make sarcastic or rude quips, no matter what situation he is in.

History:

He appeared on day in Agrabah, dressed in a simple, black clothing, not seeming bothered by the heat. He entered the palace and declared himself the new sultan of the place. The first action he performed as Sultan was to send out the word that if you wanted something, come to him.
