If this is not Thelen's upgrade, you cannot have this. T1 Synthesis cannot do this.

Your non-damaging abilities, how are they buffed? In potency? If so, can you provide an example of a skill or ability that would use this and how it would be buffed?

thought it was like a t5 character with t1 syth could make a item better then a t1 one character with t1 syth

No, the quality is determined by synthesis tier.
Besides, this is not a purely defensive item, and it hardly covers your body so it's going to be a no-go for such kind of protections.

Shared abilities =/= synergized items. Shared is like, just taking a mass of items and spreading the abilities all along them with a skill. Synergized items are directly linked to eachother. I.e. ammunition to a bow.

What you are doing is trying to share buffs.

so then can it be a magical layer that comes from the item that then covers my body that provides the protections? like a magic armor, i can move it to one of the enchanted upgrades part if that fits better.

Ability reduced a foes DR by a moderate amount, with this one that reduction is boosted to like a severe amount or mod high etc

and still not understanding sorry, which of the abilities is shared?

Also, buffing the potency of things like debuffs does not instantly rank up their effectiveness from moderate to severe. I'd recommend just making the debuffs apply twice, however that does not translate to other types of abilities that work differently. It's too broad for the variety.

I will not allow the damage reduction. Damage reduction is a powerful thing and you aren't dedicating this to being an armor.

I said that the buff for non-damaging effects doesn't apply the same to every type. You can't silence twice. You can debuff a stat twice, you cannot blind twice or silence twice or even use this to sap MP.

I am unsure on summon buffs, however I think you're trying to do too much with the item since none of this seems related to the item itself, as well as related to eachother in anyway

You have to base buffs on synthesis tier, not character tier.

Since Thelennx is giving you this item, I'm going to base it on your synth tier. Unless you want to use a flat boost to duration. Then you can base it on Thelennx's synthesis tier. Becuase remember, this becomes your possession, not Thelennx's after he gives it to you.

Also, I don't feel comfortable using synthesis to increase magic potency by such an amount if at all. For now, I'm going to request that you remove the buff on magic potency, however if I find out you can have I will inform you.

How would you justify the last 3 abilities? How does the item provide this? More than just magical, it does need to make sense.

How does it self-repair? How does it apply to combat? To what degree is it applied?

How did u want me to explain it? I'll find this diffcult to be explain how a magical it gives it buffs so if you can give me some general direction of how u guys want me to do this it would be appraited

We'd prefer if you didn't have such abilities. I'd recommend finding something fitting the item, however not all items will have fitting abilities to fill the slots. Sometimes you have to reach out to the technical side, and that is what I'd prefer over magical justification.
